ETA: I think it's a clear example of mistranslation in action. The Chinese have likely read repeated references to vibrating mods and think they are giving us what we want. Especially now that they see how well glass is selling, even though they didn't understand why we wanted it. I'd love to think the Chinese manufacturers have a sense of humor, but I don't.

When I first started vaping many eons ago I felt the same way as you. Trust me, after a few years you will vape a turd flavored eliquid and be happy and you will even do it on a walmart brand ecig if you have to.
I am 99.999% content and happy with my vape. Enjoy it ten fold more than I ever enjoyed smoking. My vape gear and whatnot hasn't changed in over a year.
Yes, I have one...it's a really cool little guy and is very satisfying both from a vaping and the "pretty-shiny-brand new gadget" points of view. In my case, I kinda wonder which point of view predominates...

Yes, it throws a new light on dual action but they are going to have to make the vibrating pv a lot bigger then an ego if they expect it to become popular in the US
I'm definitely one of the ones who continues to chase after the perfect vape, continues to read ECF obsessively, and continues to buy new gadgets. But I've always been that way - with anything that fascinates me. Most likely, some people are born with a genetic predisposition for whatever personality quirk leads to this sort of behavior, and all that's needed is the right stimuli to propel us into "chasing overdrive mode." To me, the vape-chase is one of the healthiest one can engage in... although not so much on the wallet 
I went from cartos (BLU, VEA) to clearo-tanks (Halo Triton), to ProTank2s and Tatroe tanks (Provari, ProVari Mini). Next will be carto-tanks, then dripping, then rebuildable attys, then The Legal Vape 4000.
I was satisfied with my clearos; still am. Like the PT2, but its a cold vape, but nice flavor. The Tatroes are beautiful, but again, cold vape. Won't know what the perfect vape is for me until I try everything. May have already found it. I'm not smoking, though.

Could e-cig marketing be a big cause of dissatisfaction?
Sure, some want the latest and greatest, but if it wasn't advertised, hyped in forums and on supplier websites and youtube would we really be willing to 'preorder' and wait a month or so for the next best thing, before it has had a chance to be proven?
How many 'next best things' didn't actually turn out that well?
How many of you have money in something that hasn't been made yet?
