I think you misunderstood, I was talking about the dual coil cartos,not the iatty. there is a sleeve over the coil inside of them so using the actual filler would probably not work that great.

That is what I am using right now after almost 30 ml it is still working great. So yes I would suggest or even recommend it.

If i understand it correctly, the Nextel sleeve is actually a 3M-product, so i would think that 3M would have it available somewhere in europe. I haven't been able to find it at 3M Denmark or UK, but perhaps it's available somewhere else in Europe?
