Pinky and the Brain, Pinky and the Brain, One is Genius, the other insane... Which are you?;)

I like to look at myself as the brain. Between my little satellite dishes (ears - although I got a really bad case of tinnitus at times) lies a massively impressive battery. It stores more information and calculates at lightning speeds. Although it's not very good at the more complex versions of math anymore (calculus and trigonometry), it holds its own when it comes to basic maths (algebra included here), science, history, etc. Also... it's a very creative battery. Always demanding to want to know more, always wanting to find ways to make things better, always seeking to improve itself. It is... me!

Oh and I decided to roll my CPU over... back to it's higher clock speed. Seems to perform better... although it hates having a hard boot done on it (takes about 15 seconds from no power - to finish post).

Was it Bill Gates once said that no one would ever need over 640K of RAM :D
What a visionary....
I've been as wrong as Bill Gates about various things but unfortunately I never suffered from the same financial ramifications.

Should get my VTCminis tomorrow or the next day. Start playing with new equipment will let you all know heard they are supposed to be really good with the last FW update. I don't know why I am saving my SX's for later don't know if there will be a later some days. I feel so bad. But been praying for a better frame of mind about my problems. All I have to do is go to the VA to see people who are a lot worse then me.
Legs, you need to have your vitamin D tested. With your issues you probably are very low. You stay inside all the time, so you don't get any vit D from sunlight, either. Plus it's winter & that cuts it even more. All of that will make your chances to get any vit D into your body very low. Low Vit D causes depression. People who work at night & sleep during the day, or live in areas with less daylight, or never get out in the sun have severe depression issues because their vitamin D gets do low. You need to get it checked. Get one of those lamps that are made specifically for this problem. It's a known issue. You could set it up in a spot where you spend a lot of time, & just turn it on while you are in that area. PLEASE talk to your Dr about this. Don't just go take another Xanax. It won't help if your issue is low vit D.

I love my LED droplight, it doesn't even get warm. Of course I bought it at Harbor Freight so it is not, definately not, made in the good old USA. The only thing made in the USA at Harbor Freight is the building.

You mean assembled in the USA.

I turn off autocorrect in all devices except the Wife unit. Have not figured out how to do that yet

Simple. Itz called suicide.

Ah, but was it BASE 36?

Word can be a rather arbitrary length, yes?

Nope it was Octal based.

Did it actually use all 36 or just 32 and the other 4 for Parity and such?

Yep ... google's wondrous ... I found this about that old 36 bit system

Instructions are 36 bits long with the following fields:
f (6 bits) - function designator (opcode),
j (4 bits) - partial word designator, J-register designator, or minor function designator,
a (4 bits) - register (A, X, or R) designator or I/O designator,
x (4 bits) - index register (X) designator,
h (1 bit ) - index register increment designator,
i (1 bit) - indirect address designator,
u (16 bits) - address or operand designator.

Please, please tell me how if you figure it out. I'm sitting in the car at the grocery store just got bit.... out cause I told her to park in the handicapped spot up near the store. She says "I'm not handicapped". I told I was and might have to go to the bathroom while I'm waiting. She did not see the humor in that. Gotta watch out today, sense of humor appears to be missing.

It's 50o here in NE Florida, and I am donning a heavy fleecy robe atop a very warm pair of velour pjs...and don't intend to get out of them any too soon. This temp is brrr cold for us, and it is raining on top of that!

We haven't got the rain yet. It was 64 when I got up this morning. High around 75 today and low in the 50s tomorrow night. Brrrr. Oh, and good morning Gracie my good friend. :)

I gotta figure out how to make food without calories.
If you manage that we ALL want the recipes!!

One of da more entertaining 'recent' phun philms. Actually, I watched it twice just to catch some subtle elements I missed da first time. Might have to catch it again...
I love just about anything with Johnny Depp, even if it's something I wouldn't have watched if he wasn't in it.

Semi-volatile memory is where the ones go away but the nuthins are still there.
This is the kind I have, I try to remember one thing and it goes away, but there's plenty of nuttin in my memory!!

btw. I ordered some odd n ends from Vape Vault on mid afternoon New years eve and it showed up this afternoon in the mail. And I just paid for the cheapest shipping.
Nice!!

so sorry that you both are feeling bad. Definitely ask your doc or check online, as much bloodwork as you've had done, they've probably checked your Vit D but find out. I should have low D and I have many of the symptoms of it, but my D level is fine.

I take 50000 IU about 4 times a week
