Just got home from grandson's birthday celebration. Loved Star Wars.....loved seeing it on a 60' curved screen while sitting in leather reclining seats, but dared not lay the seat back lest I fall asleep...
Popcorn, pizza and dessert.....I'm stuffed like a tick right now....probably gained back the last 5 lbs. I lost...

It won't last forever, hang in there. Mike was having a problem with the faciitis and got some inserts for his shoes/slippers called Smart Feet. They're wonderful and worked! Our son is on his feet a lot and wears them to prevent problems.
Where did he get them she says she is willing to try anything. Shes lucky she only has it on her left heel.
My daughter has it. She's a school Nurse. She wears some kind of sneakers that are helpful. I'll find out tomorrow what they are. She's gone to bed. I can never recall the brand, it starts with an H.
Found them. They are Hoka's sneaker's.

I get plantar faciitis sometimes - especially when my sneakers (that I live in) are shot (like now). The one thing that seems to help me when I start getting that nasty feeling is to keep stretching out my calf muscles and hamstrings. I think I read years ago that there's an explanation for why this helps but darned if I can recall it. All is I know it seems to have kept me from getting really nasty flair ups so I keep doing it.
Anyone here can count that high?Sorry I've been so distracted lately but. . .

Yes, my daughter does those exercises every day. And during the day when she thinks of it. She says the shoes d the exercises really help.
