I finally got to build my collection of Ammit MTL Rta's, and I must say that I'm impressed. I've built these all with 26g Kanthal, 3mm diameter and 7 wraps for about 1.7 ohms @ 16.5 watts.
After such uneven reviews, both on Youtube and in print, I'm happy to report that these work well for me. Being a cousin to Digiflavor's Siren 2 RTAs, the Ammit performs as well without the finicky wicking. The build quality and machining is well improved, with only the Gunmetal finish units having any flaws, mainly crunchy threads on the base. Each of the other finish units had smooth, easy gliding threads. The flavor is excellent; fully saturated and flavorful. I've been running these full open for a loose MTL with just enough restriction to actually get a decent throat hit. The draw is smooth, the flavor fantastic, and the clouds enough to satisfy.
I'm happy to see my investment in 11 units paid off, and I look forward to using these daily for the next several years. I've been using the UD Bellus in single coil mode for the past 3 years, but needed to finally upgrade to RTA's with less parts. The Geekvape Ammit MTL RTA is a winner.
