There is a seller on eBay that sells those, and they ship from China. The bottles have markings every 5mL, up to 50mL, and they're super easy to squeeze to dispense the eliquid. @Mowgli posted about those probably 2 or more years ago. According to him, he likes them so much that he has hundreds of them in his stash. The seller sells 6 different sizes, but I ordered the 50mL ones because those seem to be the only ones with the markings on them. They actually hold more than 50mL though (approx. 67-68mL IIRC). The markings just go up to 50mL. Here's a link to them.

25/50/100PCS 5-50ml Empty Plastic Squeezable Dropper Bottles Eye Liquid Dropper | eBay

I got 50 of those same ones (it seems) from Newfrog many years ago.. I probably haven't quite gone through 15 yet - although a couple, so far, were leaky. If they are the same, I have them recorded at 59 ML to lower neck cavity (but aim for 55 for best shake-ability, which naturally ends up coming out at ~58ml for me, anyways :) ).
Thanks for the link though.. Added for future reference. They are pretty nice bottles, though. Some tops don't seem to close well with some of them, but they're still good overall.

The problem is I rarely make over 10ml these days (often start with 4ml for leeway in adjusting percentages), since I have so many flavors now to play - I mean, mix with. And those are the ones I really want markings for, for adjusting percentages of test mixes.

Right now, I make do with a 'prototype' 10ml bottle that I've put markings on myself, for comparing how much may be left in a bottle before adjusting (required by juice Calc).. But the markings are rather clumsily drawn. It seems to work well enough for these purposes, but it'd be nice to find ones with etched markings for a bit more accuracy.

Nope...I only ordered the 50mL, because they were the only ones that appeared to be marked. (They're the size shown in the pic.) I might have asked the seller a question about that, but...it's been a couple years ago that I bought them, and I don't remember for sure if I did or not. You could always ask though, if you'd prefer the 20mL or 30mL ones.

Ok thanks. I’ll contact them.

If you have bottles with no markings just use weight. Weigh it and subtract the weight of an empty bottle and bingo....very accurate too :)

I only bought their 50ml (63ml actual) & 10ml bottles before.
10ml are not marked and the 50ml are the only ones marked in the pictures.
I also used to buy these from NewFrog when they had them.

I had some left when I added 300 bottles in Spring 2017 and still have 280 left now. I might get another 100 but these 280 should last me 10+ years.
Still a good investment for under $30.

I use them until they get discolored then into the recycle bin.
I've never noticed them developing any plastic-y taste.
Once I made some Nude Nicotine Citrus Slap and it seemed like the bottle was melting as I poured it in so I dumped it and made another batch that I stored in glass. That stuff was so brutal it melted the upper rubber ring in my Crown tank within a few mls so NN Citrus Slap is a giant nope.

I make 120ml of a flavor at a time and keep 8 bottles stocked more or less plus the 4 that I'm using. The middle bottle was the higher level (within about 1ml) of the latest 2 bottle Bavarian Cream batch I made. The bottle on the right was the 50ml style they sold for a couple of years when the marked ones were unavailable. They're slightly stiffer but I prefer the marked 50's. I like the marked style better.

@Hoggy @Fidola13 - Since you both want smaller sizes (especially for sample test batches), how about using flat-bottomed, plastic, test tubes (sometimes also called vials) like these that are marked? They do come in different types of plastics, too. I know they make them in a variety of larger sizes as well. These are just an example to show you the kind I'm talking about. I have a large quantity of them somewhere, (IIRC they're 10-15mL), but haven't checked to see what kind of markings mine have on them or what type of plastic they are.

@Hoggy - These could work for your sample tests, as they are 10mL size and are PP, which is one of the "good plastics" to use.

Or, you could use these 10mL centrifuge tubes that are also PP plastic. They aren't flat bottomed and have an attached cap, but I've used the smaller 3mL and 5mL ones to send samples of flavorings and eliquids to people by mail before. Never even had any leaks during shipment, let alone here at home when I've used them.

Thanks, guys, for the ideas.

Those containers I would need to pour back and forth to do the measuring, so a lot of extra commotion each time I may want to make any change.. And a lot of extra cleaning due to that.

Weighing might work if there was a spot in Juice Calc for the weight prior to adjustment, but there's only a spot for ml... And doing a lot of extra math kinda defeats the purpose of using a juice calculator, in my view. :) Not to mention I vary my pg/vg ratios often, and use pre-mixed bases - so weight couldn't be narrowed down easily, except by some juice calculator.

There's no need to over complicate it just treat it the same for every mix...you won't be far out. So work out a ml/g weight for an average mix so say 50/50 vg/pg and just use the same figure each time.

True, but I was trying to add extra disincentive for me not to do the math or break out the scale.

I still don't understand why such bottles may be impossible to find these days. I got some old batches of FT 5ml and 30ml bottles that had markings - come to think of it, I may have made the 10ml prototype bottle from the 5ml's markings (same dimensions). But it's due to those markings that I don't ever intend to recycle those versions, as they're nowhere to be found any more (and yes, some look pretty fugly  ). The new equivalent Fasttech bottles are all the same dimensions, but no markings anymore. I have no idea if their 10ml versions ever had markings at one point, though - all I know is they didn't when I started getting them.

ETA: It's these bottle types that I've always gotten - except not the square or 50ml versions.

The only other solution I can think of is to get yourself a set of graduated cylinders or just one :)

Will likely PIF more flavors soon, just haven't tested all of them yet. Meanwhile the $54 spent is for making a years worth+ of my fav recipe (+1 standby flavor) as a 1shot of 500mls (500 mls of flavors only) then take 10% when I make my normal 500ml batches

For the record I am completely happy watching the same video over and over if it had nice coils or wick job,, ,, and that is what made me go shopping,,, of course I justified my purchase with "just in case"

When everything arrives I will review my small stash,,, as always some will find a new home.

I'm confused by the above. I don't see how using the following would be different than using a 10mL marked bottle for your sampling purposes. The tubes DO have the mL markings on them, too. The shape and screw on cap seem to be the only differences that I can see. What am I missing?

I wish I could find it now, but there was a study on how accurate these measuring cups, bottles, beakers, etc. are. And they found them to be horribly inaccurate. I believe they said syringes to dispense medicine was the most accurate.

I am a diabetic who uses insulin. So when I need accuracy, I snip off the tip of a fresh syringe. As for U100 insulin, 100cc equals to 1 ml. So you can measure better than 0.01ml accuracy if you wanted to.

From my years in the lab... beakers give an approximate measurement...for accuracy a graduated cylinder or syringe if measured to the bottom of the meniscus at eye level; for absolute accuracy a scale. Just my :2c: worth

I'd doublecheck that. AFAIK, 1cc = 1mL, so 100cc = 100mL. A 1 cubic centimeter little open cube...will hold 1mL of liquid.
Yeah you would think. But my understanding that the cc measurement doesn't tell you anything what each cc actually is. I believe you need another number to go with it. For insulin, I believe that is what this U100 number means. And there is no way 100cc from an insulin syringe is 100ml. That syringe would have to be the size of a 120ml bottle to hold that much.
