Why not just hold it upside down in your fist and rub it back and forth on some fine grit sand paper laid flat?
Good idea but use a flat file instead of sand paper. Why not just hold it upside down in your fist and rub it back and forth on some fine grit sand paper laid flat?
in my case the idea is not to remove material from the end of the cone (the length) but remove material from the inside of the opening making it larger for the carts to fit through.
Yes but one takes considerably longer than the other.Don't they both achieve the same results?

i would think but i never tried to make that way. i would think it would be hard to get a nice even finished edge if you file it down.

...
on another note I've tried the fluxos and although they appear to work fine I'm not a fan, just doesn't wick fast enough for the way I vape (despite all the tricks I've learned thru video instructions).
And if you're not a do it yourselfer: Big Bore Cones
Or launch your cone into your forehead when the Dremel bit breaks?
Dremel's can be so much fun!
True true! Thats why I used my bench grinder and a rat tail file to smooth things back out.Do you "Tilt" your PV when you take a hit?
Man, that's no fun.
If you buy a Big Bore Cone, how can you jam your knuckles into the file when the cone slips? Or launch your cone into your forehead when the Dremel bit breaks?
Why does it have to be perfect? A low side just means more airflow.even if i turn it while filing or whatever i still find it hard to get it perfectly even
