Perhaps.

Or perhaps the true science is forming into a tidal wave of mounting evidence cresting higher and higher to the point it can no longer be hidden under piles of politics and money. But perhaps you are right. All I know is I quit smoking because of vaping and it's endless ability to be customized to my taste something no gum or patch could ever do.

From back in May...

I have said this before, and I know people think it is Crazy.

But after the current FDA gets what it thinks the e-Cigarette market should look like, I believe that the FDA as well as the CDC and NIH, will do a 180. And start Allowing the Positive Study Data to be Mainstream.

Of course, by then, the e-Cigarette market will be a Shell of what it is Today.

So maybe the Hope lies in a New HHS Secretary as well as a New FDA Commissionaire?

It must be hard to be the FDA knowing that they are deeming vaping products as tobacco products when there is no tobacco. To top it off, they do not have any good scientific evidence or valid research about vaping products. What they have is opinion and heresay.
I never heard "out of 20,000 teens nationwide......."

I do say that the FDA got out to save face. The judge probably tipped them off. If she referred to us as "yahoos", it certainly does not make her look fair and impartial.

The only thing the FDA did was to stop automatic rejections of applications that were not in English. The rest still stands.

I like candy and sweets.
I like cereal...Fruit Loops, Cocoa Puffs, Apple Jacks...different kinds.
I like desserts.

It's just politics and optics.. You can't escape it but one can hope for balance.. You should check out the amount of haters in the comment section of that article.. This is why 'something' needs to be done to take away from the positives... they need to satisfy the mob..
