I have a ton of different tanks, but I suppose the ones I have loaded up at the moment must be my favorites, as the others sit unloved....

Currently vaping...
Two Aqua V2's
Ehpro Epoch D1 (a personal all-time fave)
and a Tobeco KS RTA clone (awesome)

Honorable mention goes to my family of Lemo's, who have been currently sidelined due to a recent influx of new shiny.

I'm loving my Aqua V2 but I needed to do some creative drilling to increase the airflow. On that note, don't even attempt to do this without a drill press and be very careful when cutting channels in the insulators as I came pretty close to punching through it completely and they are not easy to get. Definitely looking into a UD product (probably Bellus) or the Cthulhu V2 as my next tank. I might get both. Don't tell my wife :O

I have a few, but my favorite is the cthulhu...it's finicky, hard to fill without leaking but I love the flavor and airflow. My other tanks are the zephyrus, the billow v2 and a couple of subtanks. the order i mention them in is the order of my liking them, although it's pretty much a tie between zephyrus and billow v2. have a cthulhu v2 on the way, hoping that becomes my new favorite.

I've bought and and used a number of RTAs over the years, but I've settled on the Kayfun V3. I tried the K4 for a while, but got a little tired of its high maintenance level. I have three of them, but they actually have too many parts for the functionality you get. I didn't particularly like the free air flow since I like something that resembles a cigarette filter draw. K4 is better for lung inhalers. KF3 is better for those who like a cigarette feel with almost the same flavor and vapor capabilities. Both hold similar amounts of juice.

I'm still reading reviews of various RTAs looking for the best of the new tanks.

I am looking for a new RTA! what is your favorite rta To date?

Depends on how you like to vape.

Flavor or cloud chaser?
Mouth to lung hits or lung hits.
Amount of juice you use.
Double or single coils
Trapping leads under screw heads or post holes.
Bottom fill or top fill.
Do you use Kanthal or some Temperature control wire.
Normal coils or something like a fused Clapton
Regular or sub ohm.
Silica, cotton. Or Dacron wicking.
Top or bottom airflow or a combination of both.
Do you use tank cracker juices?

It can be complicated.

If you like big airflow recommending a Kayfun would be pointles.

If you tear through 15-20 ml of juice a day then the 2.7 ml Lemo Drop is going to make you MAD.

I now use two tanks. Both are flavir chasers.

Goblin Mini by UD. I LOVE this RTA!

Low profile, single or dual coil option with the silicone plug. INCREDIBLE FLAVOR if you wick it properly.

Kayfun Lite Plus single with Bell cap.

Single coil only very good flavor not quite as good as the Goblin above. mouth to lung only unless you have someone drill the airflow out.

If you want either Fasttech.com is the place to go. Especially if you are OK with clones

The Goblin clone is about $10. Fasttech has or had the authentic for $25.

Kayfun clone would be about $12.

$5-6 for the Kayfun base. Another $5-6 for the Bell cap kit. The Bell cap kit has a bell cap and a chimney that fits the Kayfun base.
