Hi there, really sorry there's a glitch with that product that meant it didn't go through to the order sheet, we've only just realised, let me get this fixed and then you will be able to order it, very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey recently placed an order before the weekend, I messed up and believe I chose the juice without nic salts. I tried calling and leaving an e-mail several times to see if it could be swapped for the one with nic salts before it’s shipped. I haven’t been able to contact anyone tho and now I don’t even know if my orders placed my order number is #V100220053

Has anyone had any issues with vaping.com customer service? I placed an order, my card was debited immediately, but my account says no order was placed and no confirmation email was sent. I called the number, which is never answered and sent emails with no response. Anyone have any other ideas?
Same issues here man, phone doesn’t ring even tho it’s during business hours and goes straight to voicemail.

I ordered a tank and yet to receive any updates, I just really was trying to get it before the weekend so I used priority shipping but it still says processing. I just want an update because I really dont want to ask for a refund and reorder with another site.

    I ordered for the first time on the site. And purchased a few things with the 1-3 day(s) shipping. I placed my order Monday 11/18, and checked in just now and it says it’s still processing. Is this a glitch? An error in shipping it out? Whatever is going on, I’d like an explanation. I used to work at a warehouse so I understand sometimes thing don’t get shipped same day. But I hope it’s a system error, if not, I’d like a refund on my shipping IF the package isn’t here Friday 11/22.

    Sorry about that, shipping refunded anyway while I ask someone to find out what's going on.
     
    same issue as NeTeck. ordered placed on 11/19 and paid for priority shipping. still shows 'processing' as of 11/22. i know some colors of the item i ordered are out of stock, but the color i ordered (silver) showed in stock.
    (side note: i really wanted the black, but it was OOS when i ordered. looks like it's in stock now though)

    Hi ordered on website 11/16/19 still says processing. Have tried emailing and phoning several times no response. Orde # V100220210. Payment was made.
    I'm very sorry, I've asked someone to look into this and reach out, a section of orders are currently shipping without tracking info.
