So can we punch a hole and use these in a DCC tank? Cause if so I'm buying a bunch for my wife so hates clearos and is stubbornly sticking to her cartos...
Yeah, the preliminary posts heightening anticipation for a product that seems underwhelming. May be it will do well, but there are too many other options for experienced folks, IMO. And most of the people following these threads are experienced I would think.
Now waiting for the Raven line.
...
i think most experienced vapers look for vapor production which this product had very very little. maybe its aimed at new vapors?
but we dont just sell to ecf, we have customers all over the world and are reaching new customers as well, what might not be for you might be perfect for someone else, not all people are looking for tanks and the latest gear even though we are, people buying blue cigs and those in a retail arent concerned with a darwin and a dct.
Not exactly sure how you can say all this when you haven't tried one?
When I hit on one of my Fully Mod-ed CE2's filled with 100% PG, I get No Vapor what so ever. When I fill the Same CE2 with 100% VG it will set off the Smoke Alarm.
So is a Few sceens on a Video a good Judge of Vapor Product?

I'm pretty sure he was referencing the review video, which is there to help guide you to a products capabilities.
So yes, that's what it is for. And I think we know the difference in PG/VG liquids. Not sure what that point was you were trying to get to.
You gotta admit a freshly, properly filled filler carto tastes great and performs great, if this can replicate that experience ocsistantly with no filler taste then I'm sold! If this does replicate that then wouldn't that be revolutionary?
Well, after watching the video, I just can't see myself wanting to ride the "Stallion". From what I had read on the Liqua site, I was under the impression that it had a revolutionary new heating system, but judging from the video, it's more like a cross between a regular CE2 and filler carto and won't even fit a regular drip tip. Sorry to sound so negative, but I just don't see why Gotvapes would hold back the Phoenix Raven, which DOES have a revolutionary new design and DOES have consistent flavor and vapor since it's getting away from using vacuum, to sell something like the Stallion. At this point, I'm just shaking my head and thinking "WHY, guys???"
ON the other hand, if the Stallion DOES help new vapers make the switch, then hoorah! Misson accomplished as far as getting people away from Big Tobacco.
AND... If enough people blow their budget on Stallions, then that will hopefully help the Ravens not sell out too fast so I can get plenty of them. LOL
Just saying that how can a person knows if something works or not Until the try it for themselves?
I completely get the concept. I wasn't saying its wrong, just clarifying what an earlier poster was regarding. I quit smoking with Blu, and even though i have come a long way I still remember them. I think its important to have these products for the conversion, however this thread is full of experienced people which doesn't appear to be marketed for them, or myself. From the start of this thread I thought this was a completely different product than what it really is.
They are off the site now hmmmmmmm.

What you all need to remember.....it's not JUST experienced vapors that view these threads....there are new Vapers joining ECF everyday. They have don't have the experience and knowledge that a lot of us do. And quite honestly, a lot of what we hold dear in our vaping arsenal could be quite offesetting to a brand new vaper.
This is a great step for the vaping community. Will it be THE thing for everyone? Of course not....but neither are the Stardusts or the Nova.
Even in the video, he's talking about laying it on it's side and how that will help keep the wicks full, which is very similar to tipping. NOT revolutionary. The Liqua site says no filler. The disassembled one in the video used a filler wrap, which I assume is to assist with feeding the wicks but doesn't touch the coil, which I admit IS a new idea. BUT the Raven has NO filler, and doesn't have to be filled with a needle, since it fills like a DCT.
Danno, Chris, I'm not meaning to sound like I'm trolling and if the Stallion helps new vapers, then GREAT, but I'm sure I'm not the only advanced vaper sitting here scratching my head and wondering what the reasoning is to hold off on releasing the Raven.
On a side note, from what I gathered from the video, If you would like some ideas in case you decide to redesign the next batch of Stallions, here's what I can think of:
Instead of a full wrap of filler material, try using strips that are roughly double or triple the width of the wicks on each side between the wick and the casing.
Make the cartomizer casing itself both long enough to accomodate an unmodifed drip tip AND make them at least the length of a DCT carto.
Offer some in stainless in the future, to appeal to tank users.
I hope this helps.
Danno, Chris, I'm not meaning to sound like I'm trolling and if the Stallion helps new vapers get away from the pack of donkeys known as Big Tobacco, then GREAT, but I'm sure I'm not the only advanced vaper sitting here "chomping at the bit" for you guys to release the Ravens.
