I'm behind you about a week and a half time-wise. But I cleaned #1 about the same way you did and then dropped in the ultrasonic thing for about 3 min. Dried out for a full day, afternoon sun helped a lot here in New Mexico. I also enlarged the punched holes as my first try they were too small and it didn't feed juice in the Mom and Pop tank all that well. Might've burned the filler around the coil a bit. Put back in tank and filled with Liqua Traditional Tobacco-12mg/ml and seems to be feeding coil much better. Occassionally though I find doing the "ViVi Tilt" helps keep the coil wetted better. Do you have to, too? I may have just burned the filler a bit from the first go around though. Taste is very tolerable though, so must not be burnt too bad. These Stallions are pretty nice. My 2nd and 3rd ones are working great in similar tanks.
well lets see now...nope, never had to tilt but then I always have poped large holes...after breaking thru with my saddle valve, I give it another 3/4 turn...have had no problems yet...let us know how you make out with the 2 different cleaning systems that you are using...
On my #2 and #3 Stallions I punched large holes indeed. On #1 they were smallish by comparison. One thing to watch is deforming the things so out of round that they don't pass through the end caps without a big struggle. That notwithstanding they seem to work quite well. #2 and #3 I seldom "tilt" may be a habit formed with the vivis and Stardusts. #1 I think I may have burnt a bit at first. Still, after cleaning, it has been very servicable, just tends to get a bit dry-ish now and then. But no problem with #2 or #3.

You need to use a syringe. Put the tip between the filler and tube then slowly inject juice until the filler is wet. I've been getting about 1.5 ml in 'em. As a matter of fact I'm about to fill 4 of 'em.

great idea, just tested, it works, but youll need to move it up/down, up/down indie the condone to fill it
I dont have a thin long needle so i was also looking for alternatives
The best way is the long thin needle + syringe, because if you'll read on the box it says only 20% filler, aka its empty indie, so using the needle you fill the tank
if you just drop the liquid from the top it will soak the filler but wont move to the tank and will start to leak before its fully filled
Gave up on the raven broke out my brand spankin new stallions, dremelled a hole/gash and am vaping happily. Not seeing any bubbles though...
Ok so iwas vaping happily, but now im getting burnt overtones from my stallion at 3v... I had put in what i thought was. Shorter drip tip, but i guess i pushed the filler own. Tried to pull it back up but still getting burnt taste.
BTW when i dremelled a slot in mine i expected a mostly empty tube, its full of filler!
