Yep.. it'll stay at 3.3.. The limiting factor then becomes the batteries amp limit, which I believe is 3 amps.. Which theoretically means the lowest you can go is 1.1 ohm, but there is one here who claims to be running .8

Both of mine will fire with a 0.8 ohm coil. :2c:

I have to say that there is a small part of me that likes the unexpected arrival time from a China order. Some items are so inexpensive with the free shipping, I like to have 2 or 3 small orders awaiting arrival. Starting to collect Drip tips, trying some different RDA's ( Dripping is my favorite for flavor ). Still haven't gotten that 2nd mech and it has been about 7 weeks with my Turtleship clone, so I have resisted collecting the pricier stuff. I do want a copper mech and dripper though, they are so purdy.

My MVP is never further than arms length and I switch back and forth between mech and MVP all day.

I get my stuff sent to work, so when the receptionist sends me an email about mail upfront, I am like a kid on Christmas morning!

Mine will fire a .8 ohm coil too, although I don't know how safe it is. IIRC, Innokin says the lowest recommended is 1.2 ohms. Lately I've actually been building my Kayfun coils at 2 ohms; I went back and looked at PBusardo's signal analyzer charts and the MVP was nearly dead-on at all settings with 2 ohm coils. Coils lower than 2 ohms fired at lower wattages than what the MVP was set for. Quite frankly I'm not sure if I've noticed much of a difference, but I figured at the very least a couple extra winds on my coil might cook a little more juice ;) .

Anyone that was part of the Vamo group buy from focal ecig, I paid for the tracking and mine shows that it was processed thru chicago sort facility. I'll probably be seeing it in the next 24-48 hours.

Waiting for vape-mail can be fun. That is unless you really really really need it!

The second batch is still ongoing for a day or so if anyone still interested.

If the USPS website is to be believed, I will be joining this group sometime this afternoon :thumb:

I've heard so many good things about the MVP, can't wait to put it through the paces!

...and it has arrived! My first thought upon opening it was "Huh. I thought it would be wider," since I've never seen one in person. Beyond that, I'm liking the intuitive controls and rugged feel. I suspect this will become a workhorse, and is almost certain to become my go-to in the car.

I tNever take em off to fill em. And since I don't take it off there's no extra wear. And even with good treads there is a certain amount of wear and tear.

Every heavy vaper with a clone takes it off mebbee 2 or 3 times a day to fill it. I take mine off 2 or 3 times a month to clean it.

When I remove my CartoTanks from my MVP2 it's connector pin is always dry. So...I leave my CartoTanks on it when I fill them. (Plus it gives some "leverage" which makes raising/lowering the tank much easier.)

But...(almost) all my Clearomizers reveal a drop (or 2 or 3) of joose on the MVP2's connector pin when I remove them. (Which I then remove with a Q-Tip.)

So the "basic question"...what's more harmful to the durability/longevity of the MVP2...the wear and tear on its threads with removing/replacing Clearomizers for filling...or...ignoring the build-up of joose on its connector pin by filling the Clearomizers without removal?

Yeah my tanks leave a bit of juice on the connectors. That's all tanks, all mods. I'm not really worried about it.

As far as R&R'ing the tanks... IMO, I doubt it hurts unless you really crank them back on (stretching the treads) or you have a bad clone with poorly machined treads. In that case it would be like taking sandpaper to them. Every time you R&R you're damaging them. Albeit maybe just slightly but still damaging them.
