has anyone herd from donesmokin?

Still here sando. I went on a buying spree lately so I've been playing with my new stuff. Another Russian 91% and the Magma rda showed up today from fasttech. 11 days from order to mail box. Thanks again for the Tribeca homebrew. Love the taste but I have to be careful what I use it in. It's a no go in the Magma, 12mg nic is WAY too much in that setup! I figure it'll be about right in the nautilus but I've gotta vape it empty first. So many toys so little time...

A little story on vaping in Argentina:

At first a couple of companies were importing, but the ANMAT (argentine FDA) considered them medical devices that should be sold in pharmacies. Also deemed nicotine as a pesticide and it's forbidden here (patches, gums and pills aren't). One day, talking to one of ANMAT doctors said "We prohibited it because other countries did". They don't have a mind of their own. Even OTC medicines nowadays are back behind the counter once again (even aspirin! but not body builders proteins).
To top it off, the country has a dollar cash flow and prohibited buys from abroad. We can only buy twice a year, 25 dollars max. So that makes getting supplies difficult.
I have hardware from last year (had made a good stash of heads, clearos and rebuildables) and I'm getting liquid from a local store, expensive, but I'm getting. To top it off, I had a heart attack last may and have to go on vaping no matter what. Either this or quitting althogether.

I've searched for the little screw, I think the pass is broken. I'm planning a big buy in a few months, and I'll make sure to include a KF lite, not to fuss with the screw. I'll find a way around it eventually, but vapes well with Duramax in the hole...

Wow. This makes me feel pretty guilty for my first reply. With what you're up against I'd have probably gone back to smoking. My hat's off to you for being a truly dedicated vaper! :toast:

Tribeca was my first vape love and is still my primary ADV. I've tried several people's clone attempts and most were nowhere even close until I got some that AmandaD sent me. She's totally NAILED it!! Hers is easily the best I've tried and I'd say a sold 95% match for the original! I've not yet tried it in the Magma, but in a clearo, it's actually very hard to discern from Halo's....easily close enough to substitute or rotate in and still be completely satisfied.

man i done went off again this month was only going to buy 2 mods max, i slipped!

so far i got the Caravela full set, stingrayX, Copper Nemi, Kylin, andonised 14650 Nemi from FT, pre-order Copper SirLance alot....Copper ring Magma, Veritas and an andonised 17mm RDA for the Nemi.....plus a few orders that i'm waiting on from FT.....and 750ml of Nic and a few flavors.....i gotta quit...when will this affliction stop; i'm hooked bad.

ps the Veritas is a cloud making RDA with decent flavor but is a pita to build in dual, but it's cool cause you can lay it on it's side without leaking, but you have to wrap the posts.

The only two tobaccos I have ever liked were from nicoticket. H1n1 (the virus) and radioactive. I LOVED radioactive but it was a short release and I didn't get enough when it was out. I still like h1n1 but it's not adv material for me.. Too sweet and simmering slightly off putting.. Think it's raisins. But its good. I like citruses.. Currently am loving dragon dew from itc vapes. Dragon fruit and mt dew and its delicious. First high vg juice i've gotten since dripping and I love that too. Bionic vapors dance w with miami.became amazing after an extended steep.... Just depends on my moods which is another reason I love dripping

Via a possessed phone thats autocorrect is just silly

The 'Burgh, PA.

Page says "they work with all Smok Tech bottom coil tanks and clearomizers including but not limitede to the ARO and Pyrex ARO, the Tumbler, the Trophy tank, the RBC, the NBC and the PBC."

Would they work with the T3S and/or the Hypertank 2 (that you turned me on to)?

McMaster-Carr
This is a fantastic place to find anything that is hard to find. I've had this site bookmarked for many years. Good One.

I can't seem to find the "Danco #60 O-Rings" that Capt.shay lists as one of his MVP connection pin fixes.

Am I using their Search incorrectly?

Now it's no joke. IF I SMOKE AGAIN, I'M DEAD. Nothing to do with dedication, just settling for second best.

some secrets must be kept to a few

My dad was a college professor in his spare time. Here they earn pennies, but still he went, even when he was 82 and well past his retirement. He used to tell me: your duty is to teach others like you were taught. If somebody took the time to teach you something, pass it on. This is the way Humanity will be great.

Your way worked for you. That certainly isn't the way it worked for me. No way of doing it is wrong. Just so long as you do it

+1

I started using the cigalikes (V2 ) and it was working but costing too much . When i jumped to the MVP and Iclear 30 that was it , no more cigs.

Tried it in the past... I'm a good cook but not a great alchemist. My liquids were downright disgusting ;)

Imo there are too many horrific cigalikes and e liquids out there and from talking to many current analog users they tell me they tried the e cig route but it was a terrible experience and they went back . Many don't have a clue that there is superior equipment and options.

Lots of stuff in ciggy's that we became addicted to....Vaping addresses Nicotine, the biggest beast in the room but lots of other Chemicals call our names. I'm lucky that I was able to get away from cigs fairly easy but alot of people have a tougher time. Heck only about Half the smokers I've turned on to vaping have stuck with it.It just didn't work for some... I just pray that vaping is still around, fairly unobstructed, next year @ this time.

I agree , there is no doubt in my mind that analogs have far more very addicting ingredients than just nicotine , i never freak out for a nic fix when vaping like i did with real cigs.

Im right there with you. Im sure vaping could be cheaper than cigs, but between trying to find flavors I like, tearing out perfectly fine coils to try new winds, rewicking every tank to try something I would guess im spending more than I did on cigs

I’ve not used the SMOK ribbon coils yet,
but I have several SMOK EBC, RBC, Trophy and their coils all interchange
with my kanger singles (bcc), – so I’d have to say YES, if they (smok) are
claiming ribbon coils still fit all their tanks, they will all x-fit…

haha, ya know you’re right – never really gave it that point of view…

with vaping my body/system sez: ‘hey, you need some nic’ (in a casual voice)

the old cig smokes days, “Dewd, go have 3 cigs, NOW ! “ (redfaced & screaming)

The biggest continuing expense for me is juice by far . Sando helped me to start creating my own and once i hit upon a good mix i will be in great shape . Kanthal wire is very cheap and so is cotton , i have a handful of clearos and tanks that i stick with. Unless you continue to purchase new vaporizers or RDA's cost should be quite low .

I don't even use the RDA i have , my Kayfun seems to produce great taste as does my Iclear 30's. Even my Pro Tank II i like to use with rebuilt heads (if only i could find a replacement glass tank section) .

I would rip my house apart looking for a cig pack i thought i had bought the day before and if i couldn't find that i would put my nose to the floor hoping to sniff out a cig that still had a drag or two left lol.
