Sounds like the charger is breaking connection. Either try unplugging it and plugging back in (maybe a different port if you have one?) or charge somewhere else. I'm not fond of charging from a laptop since you're essentially charging a battery from a battery.

I never use the battery that comes with laptops, except when our power is out. I keep it plugged in the all the time, and the battery is in a drawer. The batteries never seem to last as long as the laptop if I use them all the time. Maybe I'm not charging those properly either. :)

I unplugged it, and plugged it in another port and it stopped. This laptop is 8 years old, it might be the port and not the MVP. Whew.

Thanks so much!

Had that happen a few times already , thats really annoying . I wish you could fill them from the top like the T2's , so your saying regular Pro tank coils won't work with them huh ?

authentic T3S tanks won't fit a standard coil

but the T3S clones {lets call them T3SC, to avoid confusion}
are different inside, and all kanger bcc's fit in them (my experience to date)

only authentic kanger T3S wont fit the standard coils (hence the T3S coil)

I'm charging my husband's MVP2 via laptop and it's blinking like a Christmas tree. 2 green flashes, then red, then yellow. Every few minutes.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks

just as gar said (+)

to me a $12 ego or $40 MVP ain't worth RISKING my cherished $500-$1500 laptop

then 8 yrs old might not have capacity ???

I NEVER CHARGE FROM LAPPY ! JMO

but very glad to hear you got it under control !

Ok, I'll stop using the laptop. I trust your judgment. I got the message :)

Wall warts are cheap. I feel safer for both my plugged in laptop and my MVPs (and VV3s) to charge from a dedicated charger. JMHO..

yepper, it's just my opinion

lappy is for computing not a porta power source

guess that's just how I evolved (USB used to be data transfer)

of course times are a changing and new models
do have the special internals because many things charge with/from usb now

but like I say "they have dedicated power sources inside to handle the new power draw

Vape≈Safe :)

Mebbe.

Yeah times are changing but it "used" to be that when you plugged in the charger ("brick"), all that did was charge the battery. I really don't see any reason why they'd change that.

Everything in a laptop gets it's power thru the battery. The charger only charges and keeps the batt charged. So you're essentially running anything connected to a usb thru the laptop battery. And that would eventually call for a premature death of the laptop battery.

Of course a regular desktop computer, unlike a laptop, has it's own built in power supply. No battery involved, so not a problem.

I have not had a battery connected to my laptop since i've owned it , its always plugged into a wall outlet , i don't even know where the battery is lol.

Thanks so much!

Yup me too , i have tried charging my MVP's via a wall outlet and they never charge correctly , when i use my computer they charge perfectly.

Thank you. Well there you go. In all my reading I missed this.

I thought you had to set both and they worked together.

I know this is subjective but what do most seem to prefer. Volts or Watts?
I always used the V.V. option but many like to set it at 8 or 9 watts and be done with it. Me, I like to tinker so I'm always fooling around with my Voltage settings...Trying to dial in that elusive "Perfect vape". BTW, 4.2 - 4.6 Volts is what it's usually set on with my +2.0ohm toppers

.........@ herb, yea i'll buy anything that's good imo, or at least try it to find out; so far i've only bought one item that i wish i didn't...

that is a hell of a price on the Naut, but i'd rather take that money and buy an RDA/RBA something i would enjoy better, i don't know how many times i almost pulled the trigger on a Naut......Tank wise i just don't seem to use very many any-more, i got 2 RBA's i use on a regular basis and they are the KF and the Heron both in hybrid mode and 2 reg Tanks i use are the Carto & the Aspire BDC Nova S on the MVP.

have a good one :vapor:

This would explain why my new fav mix tasted way different last night.

I'll have to check what setting I've got on the unit that tastes the best.

so you say you normally run with you air Full Open ?
well there it is
try leaving it sit 10min, first hit or 2 is great,
hit 3-8 are bad, dry… ?

suck to much air past the wick, not thru the wick
which does not ‘pull’ replenish-juice into the wick

what I do, is lightly close the air draw, then back it out 1 ½ turns
same approach as start low “Volts” and work your way up
each wick, juice combo requires different air setting…
(that's why it's adjustable)

all better now

:)

this is what you're using
allen wrench in side to adjust air ?
- $22.33 Russian 91% Styled Rebuildable Atomizer Kit (4.5mL) - stainless steel / PVD coating at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Mine is the V2 of the Russian 91%, and its an authentic one (well, an authentic clone :p ). I bought it straight from a local vape store.

Just to be clear, I did turn down the airflow when trying to get it to work (in order to increase vaccuum at the juice channels), but it still wouldnt feed. Gotta be the center pin airhole! Of course the post office changed the delivery from today to tomorrow
