HI! I finally decided to find you here at ECF! And YES you guys are a ~10!!
Beau is always so nice to me! =)
I felt sooooooooo happy the day I found Nicoticket and ordered CLS and CB because I so love desert vapes. When those came, I was in heaven. I had BG too.
Then when Frenilla arrived?! I was Nicoticket's fan for life. Strawnilla just totally sealed the deal. =)
I don't know why I haven't talked to you all here at ECF yet though....I just never think to come here much. BUT NOW I"m HERE!

Website is great, customer service is great, juice is amazing and shipping is crazy fast for me. Like, Jimmy John's fast. Only way it could be faster is if you drove it down the same day! Thanks NT!

I just placed my third order today, three weeks in a row that I have ordered and all three times I have gotten, first an e-mail stating order has been christened, second e-mail was an update on the status of the order and the third e-mail right after that saying it has been shipped!

Then when you receive the order it has a zotz and handwritten note! Extremely personal and appreciated!

I have to admit I got a little scared, anxious, worried when 1 1/2 hours went by and I did not receive an update on the order because last week and the week before I received those e-mails pretty much back to back.:facepalm: Because I am hooked (addicted?) on your creations!

So I would say beyond Fantastic, because even within that time-frame its phenomenal how quickly you processed it, packed it and had it ready to be dropped off to the post office. Your juices and customer service Rocks! I cannot commend you and your team enough!:thumbs:

I placed my first order two weeks ago and placed another last night. Absolutely Fabulous Customer Service - from the order/shipping communication, handwritten thank you from Beau and of course the zotz! Great job from the whole NT team.

is a wonderful looking dogwog looks like is saying "why isnt the purple package here yet dadwad?" :)

I have not ordered much in the past but I am now making a comeback by recently ordering a number of flavors of interest.

Concerning your Website, I was thrilled to see the SFATA Stamp displayed.

I have decided to support two Vendors due to this very important membership in my mind, and your firm will be the main one.

The other Vendor is like a Chess Match as a hint but they will be supported to a much lessor degree due to Cost.

Awesome company, One of the best out there, not only do they have the best vanilla custard in the universe, there customer service is awesome. I have not had a lot of luck in the past with USPS but my products arrived in a time that was nearly compatible with FEDEX.

I would highly recommend trying this supplier out any day.

Seriously, I've never had less than an enjoyable experience - from live chats, to back and forth messaging, to fulfillment. Always felt like I was interacting with friends who cared. Never felt like business.
