I was in high school before they let girls start wearing pants to school.I went to public schools in NJ but school dress code forbade sneakers, jeans and T-shirts until after I graduated HS.

For those that are interested, the interview went ok, but he had no openings, he is going to send my info to another store that does.

Then, I guess being interviewed for a job that doesn't exist is not a total loss.
Ahem....I never had need for such.......enhancements.....![]()
Yeah they sent it first class and it left Hazelwood MO on 1-26 then nothing. The PO doesn't consider it lost till 30days and Express Scripts will only authorize 7 days at a time because it is a Schedule 2. I got some dummy there yesterday that said well you know they had some bad weather on the East Coast why would it go to the East coast going from Mo to Wa. I am receiving my sleeve for my ML today which I ordered on Monday from Florida and it is also going 1st class.
As a public school elementary student, we could only wear dresses and skirts. On cold days, we wore pants under them, and took them off when we got to schoolI was in high school before they let girls start wearing pants to school.
I have seen you say that before. Mike, let God be the judge of that. Only God knows why he chose to not participate. He supported your mother's decision to raise you and your siblings Catholic.Actually the only times I saw him in church was for weddings and funerals. I think because of him, I actually started questioning the Catholic religion. I just couldn't believe / accept a man as good as my Dad would wind up in h3ll just because he didn't go to church.
Saddle shoes?

Unfortunately I've got a couple of ulcers that say I shouldn't take ibuprofen and I'm on aspirin therapy so aspirin is also out of the question. Oh well, what's a mother to do?
Notice I said shouldn't, I still do but try not to take it too often.![]()
Wow! Sepsis is not good! Thanks for letting us know. Still praying! They don't know why, but she has severe pancreatitis with sepsis, gall bladder infection, lung infection and is still on the ventilator. Thank goodness her parents are here now. Gosh, what they must be going through. She is slowly improving but will be in ICU for at least a few more days, if not another week or more. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.
I went to public schools. Had the. Saddle oxfords, penny loafers, Converse, Keds. I think the only thing I missed was go-go boots & I made ip for that in my 20's with a pair of above the knee 4" stiletto boots. Here is a link to the USPS Track and Confirm web page. Also, on the right is "My USPS", where you can sign up to automatically receive notifications of parcels with tracking sent to your address.
When I receive a tracking number, I copy/paste the number into the web page. Then on the right request email updates of all future activity. My husband has our address set up in My USPS for packages addressed to him and our business. Mine don't seem to go to him, so I do it this way. Hey, does not need to know about all my vape mail![]()

I remember saddle shoes, but I went to public school and don't really remember wearing them. Penny loafers, however, that is another story!
Classy, Valentines Day is still 12 days away........ THANK YOU!!!
Me neither! But then I'm not Catholic. I know there are denominations that teach that. I don't see it in scripture, so I don't believe it.I just couldn't believe / accept a man as good as my Dad would wind up in h3ll just because he didn't go to church.
From what I read, the phone belongs to the mother, while the dad pays for the plan.Saw that. Good for Dad, way to parent! What's wrong with that Mom? If the kid needs the phone for emergencies I'd use parental controls to lock down everything except 911 & mom & dad's phones #'s for long enough to cost that kid her last nerve. Phones are a privilage & convenience. Not a right.

Yes it is. And I don't blame him. She seems to be destined to turn out exactly like her mother.oh fun! Ya gotta come back and tell us what kinda goodies ya got.
that's absurd on all counts. That mother is likely a good part of the reason the daughter is being a bully. But it's also sad to me that the dad would say he could never have a relationship with his 12 yr old daughter again. Hope they can get past this.
Happy Groundhog's Day!! Puxatawny Phil predicted an early Spring! I'm ready for it!!!
Indeed.Again..parents using a child to harm each other....and the courts being their usual d@ckheads.....
Are you sure your ISP isn't throttling you, or being throttled themselves? I have Century Link, and we get throttled by Verizon. Why? Because to reach the Level 3 internet backbone in this area, the Century Link traffic has to go through a Verizon network. Now, because Verizon hates everyone, including their customers and other peoples customers, they decide "screw them, slow them down because we want more money".So...the cable techs were here AGAIN yesterday because of the usual issues, tv and so on, which has been going on for three months with many techs, two "new" cable modems, a couple " new" remotes, so on and so forth.
I guess threatening to dump them in favor of satellite finally worked. Their app. was between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., they ( a tech AND a supervisor) were here at 8:15.
To make a long story short, they replaced the underground line, ran two separate cable lines into my home, replaced the modem and the remote, set up all the components, including the printer and the router, and then checked all of them, including the phone.
The one tech left but the supervisor stayed, and believe this or not.... moved my heavy couch and all the other furniture exactly where I wanted it placed! Even went so far as to help me place the individual slate tiles in both the coffee table and lamp table, after he moved them where I wanted them.
Guess they wanna keep me as a customer after all![]()
Just do the 800 help # & keep asking for customer service, Legs. They'll find it & get it on it's way.I have an account with them so I get updates as soon as something is sent without even putting in for it. My sleeve got here today from Florida but these pills something has definately happened to. My wife was able to pick up a 7 day supply for free today but either they have gotten stolen or something. They are worth over $1000 on the street but they haven't turned up anywhere since they left Missouri last Tuesday. I am going to call the number at the PO tomorrow and Express Scripts and talk to a supervisor instead of one of the flunkies there. You would think when they are sending a Schedule 2 narcotic through the mail they would use a more secure feature then 1st class. Oh with signature confirmation.
Paging thru... paging thru... nope... paging thru... nope... nope.Ahem....I never had need for such.......enhancements.....![]()
Me, too. I think my last 2 years we could wear pants suits, or blouse/sweater & slacks. Before that it was all dresses or skirts. Boys had to have collars & hair cuts above the collar d no facial hair. No jeans or tshirts. No bare legs. No shorts or capri's of any length. Skirts no more than 3" above the knee. But we could wear sandals & bare legs the last couple of years.I was in high school before they let girls start wearing pants to school.
Yep, God looks on the heart. The heart is what matters. As a public school elementary student, we could only wear dresses and skirts. On cold days, we wore pants under them, and took them off when we got to school
