Welcome vape? No prizes. I'm quite satisfied learning that I can customize as a supporting member. Nothing at all against seniors, but I've always been an eccentric rebel. What's your medium. I paint in both oils and water colors, but I want to try acrylics. Ken_A gave me a froggie PV holder made with a 3-d printer using a wood-based substance that needs to be painted. I'm thinking acrylics would work best.

Hang in there Roto. You found that job when you were looking for it.

try everything, is my outlook. Just had a go with some clay.
Absolutely use acrylic for that, oils wouldn't cure properly for ages. What do you like to paint?

The changes are coming from a new director. The other one retired. All the parts people are up in arms with the BS right now. Then, I'm tired right now too because I worked another base for three days before I came to my own. I am on Day #9 now, and I past ready to go home.

I've been quite vocal about some of this stuff because I'm at the point that I don't care. What's the worst thing they can do to me? They can't kill me. All they can do is fire me. It's just been a huge fat mess that even has the maintenance guys questioning ... is going on



Aww...AW......I do SO understand the loss of our furry loved ones. That's why I'm in a hurry to get home now. My Breeze boy will be ecstatic, and so will Midnight, the cat.

The chat screen is still there if you click on the 3 dots upper right, then go to the original version. Problem is, sometimes when you go to the original version, sometimes it messes up and you can't hear and you have to do that a few times. But that happens sometimes in the beta version too.

She thinks she already lost it. So going to wait till he gets back from Bumfuk Afghanistan or where ever to try again.

I'm so sorry sweetie!! That happened when my dil got pregnant. They waited awhile to announce it, and had planned on waitin even longer.......... then they put it on FB so I announced it here.........she lost the baby a couple days after that. That was right around the time Miles was born.

@Kenna didn't you say you like British shows? If you have Amazon we just got done watching a couple of great series 1. Lark Rise to Candleford 2. The Duchess of Duke St.

I loved Lark Rise to Candleford, but didn't watch the Duchess of Duke street. Don't have amazon channel now. Mr. Seapeach gave me several others to look up and see if they're on netflix.........
Prime Suspect (helen mirren), Hamish Macbeth (robert carlyle), McCallum (John Hannah), Father Ted, Coupling. Seems quite a few of us like these. I loved Poirot and Miss Fishers Mysteries, also Ballykissangel and Monarch of the Glen.

That's about what SE TX looks like right now. Worst flooding since TS Allison. And more rain on the way. Lots of deaths & flooded homes & businesses. 18 wheelers underwayerwater. Thousands of homes flooded this morning by 10am. All the bayous & rivers out of their banks. It was coming down faster than it could drain. It slacked off about noon, but more coming.

wow, didn't hear about this til I'd landed Monday, and a lady I'd been talking to on the plane told me about it. So glad y'all are ok. Particularly with the ternaders. Closest I came was having a few chase me all over when I'd gone to see my son graduate basic training.

I'm not a back porcher, but, I just have to say.....this is the most awesome sight. To see fellow vapors gathering together as friends. I see Gracie looks like she's having a GREAT time, as do all of you. Kudos to you all for making it happen. Wonderful to see ECF folks enjoying each others' company. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!!

Spent 3 hours at the east coast vaping convention in Daytona. Very tired and a bit sore from all the walking... Too tired to put up pics yet... I'm gonna go to my fave restaurant, so if Debadoo pops in, use my text number to contact me.

It was soooooooooo great to be able to meet up with you!! Ken treated seapeach and I to lunch at a wonderful deli. I was sorry to miss out on the Greek restaurant, have always wanted to go to one......but got to try something at the deli I'd always wanted to try...... smoked whitefish. was very good. Also got brave and tried Cel-Ray coke........hey I figgered if I could parasail......I could do anything!!! As Kay said......... I am woman, watch me SOAR!!! And as Seapeach said....... Ken gave us our very own BIFF (big interesting, fat, froggy). Mine is holding my Reo and a battery. Once I get my new batts ordered, likely tomorrow, and they come in, it'll likely hold my chapstick

don't know what I can say about the Odyssey that hasn't been said. It was truly a wonderful time and I made memories I will never forget!! (and I forget everything) lol Thanks to getting the privilege of stayin with Mr and Mrs seapeach, mine lasted 12 days and I'm so thrilled that it did!! They were amazing hosts, and I got to give real scritchies to Captain, the pug puppy, and my Daisy Dog!
The hugs and getting to be with our porchers in real life was the best part of course, but the boat rides, rolling around like a sea lion in the atlantic, swimming in the Gulf, the wonderful meals that folks cooked, the salt air and ocean breezes.......oh my oh my.........jup this water baby Island girl has been landlocked wayyyyyyyyyy too long!!! I hope we have many more, and that everyone gets to experience this at least once!

I got mine online from Target. I was looking for a base that would fit under my bed with the stuff I have stored under it. The height part adjusts up & down, and also back & forth, you can lean it towards you or upright by several degrees. And the top tilt adjusts by several degrees. So it works to accomodate different sitting or laying conditions. This is mine:
