I'm on the patio smoking a couple racks of ribs and a spiral cut ham
That brought to mind an old Yakov Smirnoff joke:
"My doctor said I should quit smoking cold turkey, so now I smoke cold ham."

I have to admit, there are some aspects of smoking I haven't been able to give up.
HMTA (hungry minds think alike) Before I finished reading, wuz gonna say that I was glad you hadn't given up all forms of smoking! sounds soooooooo yummy!!

lol lulu I have just the opposite problem.....I'll search and search, read reviews, figure it from all aspects, and still end up getting the wrong thing. But when I do get it, I use it til it dies about 6 times!

Well I just caught this and I told him the things I would try but have never even heard of this problem before. He has a Renegade which is a mod that is sold by Varitube where I buy all my SX's and it has the same chip as my M's but like I say mine all work perfectly. I rarely go out of Joules mode but tried all of mine and no problem. I did find out there is upgrades out for my M's and ML but not really interested it's just for their illusive Pure atomizer that hasn't showed up on the market yet and I have the setting on my ML if I get crazy and get one. I'm perfectly satisfied with what I have.

Thanks for trying. :) :thumb:

kenna, it's fine on the cart in my bedroom as it fits( the rolling cart) under my bed. I have a cooling mat, a pretty dark blue one, that i always use. My problem is that the laptop is so heavy to cart around that I might not be able to have it outside or in the sunporch cuz it's too heavy for my lap and that's the only reason i bought it!
I thought you wete going to roll it around on the cart?

I got concerned enough about how close to the creek the tree-cutting was getting across the creek that I called the county Ranger, a friendly fellow who told me he was definitely going to investigate to see if any conservation regs were being violated, and who thanked me for letting him know.

I feel a little like a snitch, but I have no idea whether any violation is occurring, just wanted to give a heads-up.

That doesn't look good at all. I'm thinking erosion & the run off from that field flowing into the creek. Good for you for calling about it.

Morning, having my wake up cup on the porch. Winter is definitely coming to au. They are only now catching on to ducted heating / cooling in new builds. So one has to dress accordingly. Thankfully, we don't get freezing temps, but I've been pulling out the throw blankets.
Time to guess at a few new flavours to order, something to break it up a bit. Galls me to spend 30$ shipping on 20 dollars worth. I can't bring myself to order premium brands. They can't be that much better, all made of same ingredients. wishing I was home and could just shoot out to the shops and pay and go. Australia can be quite inconvenient at times. If anyone calls me mate today, I'll get my frying pan out. Cheers all.
It's the combinations & number of flavors & flavor enhancets that make most premium brands so good. They are delicious in a different way.

They got me making my own juices pretty fast. The ejuicemeup calculator makes it easy. Nic base, PG, VG, flavors and voila! There are some great recipes posted on ecf in the DIY threads.

My thoughts are with you, hon. Our friend's mother had that surgery a year ago and she's runnin' circles around him now.

@bigbells You did the right thing and I applaud you. Florida's efforts at conservation have been bought out by Big Sugar and developers have drained us dry. It won't be long before we'll have to have desalinization systems in place for potable water. Bears have no habitat, so they're all up in the burbs. Tragedy.

@Debadoo I got all of my gear we ordered, set up my coil master kit and got my batteries charged and in place. Been using the REO all day. LOVE the flavor

Less cloud vapor than what I'm used to, though. Had three hours of pure misery about midday (I'll PM you about that...too embarrassed to admit it publicly.) Got things figured out now :)

Summer has definitely arrived here (even without the menopausal symptoms

). We are expecting rain this weekend and as you know. . . I am already feeling it.

I'm going to look on the bright side though because that also means I will not have to get out and make myself walk for an hour.

Dad seems to be doing much better now that he can mow and pull dandelions out of the ground. Since he was not gaining weight, I stopped the healthy cooking and went back to southern cooking. He is the same but. . . I've gained 10 lbs. grrrr

Have to do a major cleaning of my car today...going to hang a sign on it.
It's an 02 with 160K miles on it...and a lot of the gadgets don't work.
I've never kept a car this long !
My Dad is giving me his 97 Maxima that is perfect with less than 60K miles on it.
Yea...it's waaaaaay older, but it's in much better shape than mine.
Sigh.........I sure miss getting a new car every couple of years

hehehehehehe Classy you would have a fit around here

My Car is an 08 it has all of 51k miles on it. It is also the first NEW car I ever owned. It replaced a 1987 buick skylark that I had just flipped 100k on.

I LOVE all your smileys. WE mised you terribly at the Odyssey. :(

Happy joy that you're getting his! :) Mine is 2005 with 63,000 miles and hubby says I'll NEVER get a new car. We will downsize to one vehicle when my car fails us. (And we have to have a truck to haul the boat.) The leather seats are already starting to split in places. Damn FL sun!

When I wad a wee child my Dad and I used to exchange this. One would say 1 line the other would say the next :

Good night
Sleep tight
Wake up right
See the morning bright
Wake up to be bright eyed and bushy tailed
And have sweet dreams.
Just pm'd you about how you're feeling about it. Hope no butterflies.......hey......if you can parasail with busted hip (and play wiphph someone's hiney at the same time), you can do anything!!!

Katmar, hope you're having sweet dreams now!

That's cute clnire! I always said, I'll be bright eyed if I have to, but I refuse to be bushy tailed!! ;)
