Well I got my leg on and I'm able to put some weight on it. Made it to the bathroom with the crutches but think I will give the cane a go next time. Up the stairs. This morning I didn't think I'd make it down to the chair. Feeling better.
So glad you are better.

Legs, you need a power chair that uses 18650's.
You got that right but I bet I could get the VA to come and pick it up and put new batteries in it. Takes 2 6v gel style batteries not cheap. We don't have any thing to haul it with. Probably only has about 2 miles on it. $6000 but the RR insurance boought it.

but social security is ridiculously complicated and rigged to deny rather than help even if it's just your regular retirement and you worked all your life for it.

Can't go along with that statement. I worked until I was age eligible for Social Security, went to my SS office signed the paper work and started drawing a monthly check. No problem.

Yeah it's a little better I can hobble around with my cane. Sure glad I don't have to go anywhere in the next week I'd be screwed. It's best shortly after I take my pain pills but 4 hours later it's not. Oh well live and don't learn. I've done stupid stuff like this before. Takes me about a year after before I do it again.

As a person who has known a great deal more about him for a number of years than the general public knows.......All I can say is "There's a sucker born every minute"......and he's gathering them all to him.

Of couse they make it 3 hours with all the commercials!
When the first commercial break started, I Tivoed the rest. At the time, I wasn't paying attention to the fact that it was 3 hours long so I'm extra glad that I went that route. I haven't watched it yet.

Who knew that Julianna Hough could sing? I'll go one better. Who knew who Julianna Hough is?

I've been using the Subtank Mini since just after they came out... I have 2 complete OEM tanks and 3 bell caps, 2 of the v1 bases and RBA coil heads, and 3 of the v2 bases and RBA units.

I don't really have a preference between v1 and v2... set wide open, the v1 bases are, to me, just as adequately "airy" as the v2 (which has two air slots instead of one); and, wicked correctly, the v1 RBA heads work just as well as the v2.

I do short direct lung hits, make ~2.5mm coils, at ~0.5-0.7Ω, use Ko Gen Do cotton, and rarely go over 22w. Decidedly middle-of-the-road, eh?

Always on the search for "a better way", I found a 3 minute vid that shows basically how I already do the v2 RBAs. The captions are in French, but there is no talking (and none needed), just a Jazz instrumental for background.

This is hands down the best youboob vaping how-to video I've ever seen, if only for it's conciseness and brevity:

It frustrates me to no end to have to sit through 15, 20, 30+ minute vids of redundancy, repetitiveness (see what I did there? :D), and rambling narcissism , just to be able to glean about 3 minutes worth of usable information... so I don't watch those anymore - at all.

Got to hit the ground runnin' today, so catch ya later...

Y'all have a nice day :)

What is sad is some of the manual chairs are not a whole lot cheaper. My hubbys last one was near $4000

I enjoyed Grease. I think they did a good job. Anyone who has watched Dancing with the Has Beens in the past knows who Juilianna Hough is. I suffered through the commercials - I just browsed ECF during them!

Great video uman. Nice, concise, straight to the point with no bells and whistles.

Grease show? Was that on the DIY channel?
Always use the proper grease for the application.

WD-40 is the best. Removing copper and SS kickrings from kicktubes. Getting ready to rekick my Nemmys due to my brother's rant against over-discharge.
