my right hand has been entirely numb since 2010. at the time, i was uninsured.
you should get a nerve conduction test as soon as possible. there are treatments, if you don't wait too long
Actually, I already know what's going on with me. I have three bulging discs in my neck. This has been going on for a few years now. I found out when I started having excruciating pain in my right neck and shoulder. Then I aggravated it with an on-the-job injury. An MRI revealed the bulging discs. Physical therapy for 8 weeks eased everything up. I was then good for a few years, and then a little over a year ago, my right shoulder started acting up again.
It got so bad that my daughter suggested that I see the chiropractor that she was using. As it turned out, I have a few little bone spurs and a little arthritis. However, within a month of seeing the chiropractor, I was pain free again. Then the mess moved over to my left shoulder and neck, along with the tingling in my little finger. I missed two appointments, and things escalated from there. The neck and shoulder issues are better. The left finger numbness has escalated to the left part of my hand that follows the little finger. It's aggravating, to say the least, but I can't stop moving. I just can't.
