I've found (and I've had LOTS of teeth pulled) that Advil (Ibuprefen) is great for tooth ans extraction pain. Just make sure the bleeding has let up first. You take 4 at once every 8 hours if needed. That's the same strength as the prescription ones the doc gives you but, two usually work for me. Get better soon.

Actually, I only took 2 of the meds they gave me. 1 when I got home from surgery, then ibuprofen from then on (I take 3 every 4-6 hrs or when needed, I only weigh aboit 110 lbs). Then one Thurs am, about 3:30/4 am when I woke up feeling like crap. Empty stomach, big mistake! Well, I only made it worse! Other than that, as needed ibuprofen. 2 as needed.

That looks very similar to where we are right now! We have elk, deer, bears, Oh, My!!! We even have mountain lions! "Here kitty, kitty!" Beautiful picture!

P.S. I have been getting the back porch mixed up with the front porch. Is this normal?

did an auto level of colors, then created an overlay

colors>levels>auto>ok
duplicate layer>colors>desaturate>colors>innvert> change type to overlay @ 50%

Perfectly normal and not something to worry to much about. I just try to not make too much of a habit of it. The powers that be (you know, them!) don't care for it and we are supposed to keep the front porch mostly vape related. Pretty much why the back porch came about. You can discuss almost (not some things) anything here. Just no illicit drugs and such as well as some other things I suspect but I've never figured out what they were.

Beat to the punch, but was going to suggest just trying Saturation. I tend to "duplicate" the layer, and make changes there. If I totally mess it up, just delete the dupe'd layer and start over

nope, no sleep....not yet....going to do my dishes and make a stab at it....

Join the club. Zero sleep last night. I'm in the waiting room at the cardiologist. In the middle of my test and waiting. When I go back in they'll elevate my heart rate and then give me another radioactive shot. Then a 2 hour break and come back for another picture. Then home and bed.
