i spent most of my life in Silicon Valley helping to develop some of this technology that y'all mention. But, like most of US, my kids now know it better than me.
does anyone remember buying encyclopedias from the markets that didn't have green stamps? over the years, i think mom bought A-C several times over. i don't think we ever made it to D... my education was appropriately skewed...

young folks are fine with me. i only wish us old folks had left them with a better environment. chances are they'll end up having to deal with more crap than us boomers. that said...
