Morning Porchers!
Well, I just did a video of the work that my own personal Back Porch Design Team helped me accomplish the other night. Credit and huge thanks and compliments go to Deb, Amy, Sandra, Scott and Gracie and Johnny( and i hope i didn't forget anyone). And a special thanks to Matt and Doree who so generously gave me the huge macrame hanging which is the crowning glory of my living room. I feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing, generous, loving group of people.

Thanks Sandra! But it never would've happened , without all of you directing me so patiently with all the placement of everything! And it was great fun too!

after making you go up and down a ladder....move it left....move it right....higher....lower....turn it this way....turn it that way....culminating in you crawling on your knees so as not to obstruct our view of the room

After i watched the video i realized that the monitor wasn't centered under the clock so i moved the desk a tad to the left...then i saw that all the cords and and such showed between the desk and tv so i got another tall vase/dried branches outa the bedroom and put it between the desk and tv stand!
Now it should meet the approval of my personal Back Porch Design team!

I found so many Bic lighters and still have some around but for the most part, gave them away or brought them to Staples for disposal.Good morning

We got back around 11:15 last night. Doree is visiting her mom now. MIL is OK. Got a huge lump on her head and a few butterfly stitches. Her CT scan was clear and they say she doesn't have a concussion which is good news. Good thing we turned around though as there are a few legal matters that have to be taken care of in person concerning her Medicaid application. Looks like all of a sudden I own a time share in Fort Lauderdale. We won't ever use the actual rooms but, as owners we can use the facilities right on the beach all year round and by renting the week we own out we will make enough to pay the maintenance fees. Pretty cool cause if your familiar with Ft. Lauderdale there is absolutely no parking any where close to the beach. Time share has a great pool, tiki bar and is right on the beach. Looks like we'll be keeping it.
Even though there is no waiting list for Medicaid coverage of nursing homes we have actually spent almost a month moving money and assets around (not that she had much but, for Medicaid she has to have none) and just filing the application. Still aren't done. Again I will state that anyone over 50 should have a sitdown with an Elder Care Attorney. It's eye opening!

Here is the fellow I'm trying to identify. This is a different one, maybe his brother but, this guy hung around long enough to get his picture taken. He's about 16" long tip of his nose to the tip of his tail.
