I tried something I was a bit sceptical about but it actually works. It's called Smooth Move Tea. No I have a cup every night before I go to bed with a half a cap of Muralax. Seems to work really good. You might want to give it a try.Stop bragging, you just got lucky.
That's actually a real washing machine commercial...

Houston has a parade every year. We love our Vets! ((((Hugs)))) [emoji8]Happy VD, sad to say but I don't really see a whole lot of enthusiasm for Veterans Day . The local school system holds Vet. day program until 6 th grade....then nothing. I went every year for my Daughter and Son, then nada. We make a big deal outa Memorial Day and the 4 th but seem to slide over V day. The banks close, not mail today, but not much more. I walked over to the memorial park after work and there were about 2 dozen people around the main flag, but no roads closed or much hoopla. I looked at my name in the Desert Storm memorial , and hoped that's the only place I ever see my name carved in stone. I miss my lost "Brothers in Arms" So tonite I'm drinking a beer for friends who can't join me. Not to many people even understood why I wore the red white and blue, today.
Thank you for your service Jerry (Chief). I missed the return from Vietnam by just a couple of years. Boot in San Diego, OS "A" School in Great Lakes. USS Dupont (DD-941), Air Intercept Control School, NAS Key West, AntiSubmarine Air Control School, USS Dahlgren (DDG-43), CG/DDG Combat Systems Instructor, Dam Neck, Fleet Deception Group Atlantic, Space & Electronic Warfare Training, Naval War College, Space & Electronic Warfare Commander, Amphibious Squadron Two and Retirement. I actually miss it everyday. Do you?I would like to say Thank You to everyone who offered recognition to our veterans. To this, I would like to offer my own Thank You to my brothers in arms. I will also offer one remembrance. When the POWs were returning to the United States in 1973 I was stationed at Miramar, CA. I was new in the Navy and stationed at one of the fighter squadrons. I was chosen to be on the Honor Guard for the returning POWs. I remember standing there watching the planes land and seeing all the men leave the planes. All of them standing as tall as they could and saluting as they came down the staircases that were rolled out to the planes. I couldn't then and still don't fully know what they went through or how they survived. All I know is that it was an honor for me to be there to welcome them home.

Its a big buddha, oversized is a good word, holds 10 ml of juice.Nice looking setup. Is that an oversize atty or a regular 22mm diameter one?
Although i was in the air force, i dont really consider myself a vet because all i did was push paper...
My various yearly traditional trips really have devolved into more and more crowded and commercialized activities .. it seems to me that once the populace at large begins to latch on to things, they begin to ruin it for those that did it before it became fashionable .. once again, I'm sure my age is showing ..
I sometimes have the same feelings as a peace time veteran, and one who wasn't in very long, so I do understand, but service is service. You signed your name on the same dotted line, and took the same oath, and anything could have broken out anywhere at anytime and you'd have been called up. ALL service is valuable whether pushing papers or on the front lines!! those on the front lines don't have things they need without folks pushing papers to get it to them! I've always said we have the greatest fighting force in the world, go in, do the job, get out......but put a piece of paper in front of em, the whole thing can come to a screeching halt!(said somewhat tongue in cheek) So those who push those papers well and get em through correctly do something amazing!
the hardest thing I ever did in my life was send my son to Iraq. The sacrifice that families make and the support they give our soldiers should never be overlooked or underestimated!
Waited until the end of the day to post my wishes for a happy Veteran's Day to our beloved Military Porchers. My undying, everlasting gratitude to each of you. May you path ahead be that much more filled with rewards because of the path you chose to travel. May the service you receive always out shine the service you rendered. And may your days & nights be filled with sweet dreams & beautiful memories to eclipse any lack of peace you may have experienced in order to provide for me & mine. I sincerely love & respect you all.

I got the same type homecoming you did..........that is something that I have never been able to put behind me, along with the draft dodgers & Hanoi Jane.
