Well I am going to show you a few pics of family and this weekend. The first is Gins Mother supporting her 2 daughters with Stage 4 Cancer.. She turns 90 next month.

Guess he used the wrong setting here is some of my side of the family. These are all Grandkids from one daughter plus Jash.

This is our special Grandaughter that is like our daughter and GGSon.

Yep she enjoyed this weekend a lot. It really took it out of us but it was really fun also. Thanks you guys. It meant a lot to Ginny. Another friend came over and cut some trees (pecker poles) trimmed our maple and managed to find a bees nest got stung 3 times. Ginny was out there she is allergic to bees but managed not to get stung. Filled his truck completely with stuff we should have gotten rid of a long time ago. He's still got at least 1 more load maybe 2.. I keep wondering if I am going to last as long as Gin. I have given up trying to gain weight hell I can't even maintain it. I have to get some size 30 shorts my 32's are getting too big. Down to small t shirts. At one point I wore size 46 shorts and XXL t shirts actually wish I did again but doesn't seem to be in the cards. Just need to keep going till I don't need to take care of Gin anymore. Have to be here for her. Need to get a will done and it's going to have to be by an attorney because it is going to be complicated skipping our (my) kids and going to my Granddaughter. Life is sure complicated.

I'm glad your guys liked them. I feel like you guys are my BFF's. Man we have a bunch of Wildfires burning here already. It has really gotten bad. Hopefully none will start nearby. Where we live is a tinder box of Pine trees and grass. We have everything cut down anywhere near our house.

Yeah, not a whole lot better this side, Pat! And not a cloud in sight - for at least a week of 10 or more above average...

And not just us in WA, but pretty much every place west of Kansas...

Yes, and NM is definitely west of Kansas. An oddity of our drought is that the Navajo farms are still sending convoys of big bales of hay to Texas. The tribe has THE senior water right on the San Juan River. No telling what it cost to build and operate the irrigation system.

yep I saw they were expecting near 90 in Seattle. That's gonna cause some havoc. People just can't deal with that over there especially with most not having AC.

Looks like we're getting all your rain. Our forecast is calling for periods of rain for at least the next 10 days. I noticed this morning that there was moss growing on our shingles. Today has been interesting. The sun shines, a cloud comes along and POURS rain and then poof! The sun comes out until the next cloud comes along. It's pretty windy too. I just had to pick up several plants on the deck that blew over.

We had big storms about 12 days ago but nothing since then. Not even a drizzle.

Looks like we're getting all your rain. Our forecast is calling for periods of rain for at least the next 10 days. I noticed this morning that there was moss growing on our shingles. Typically we'll have a day or two around 90 in August. July runs 75 - 85, usually, and often with breezes, so windows and fans work fine

Whole house A/C hasn't been a needed system here. Appears to be changing, we're forecast to break the 88+ streak by about three times. It was 5 consecutive days. Think we tie that tomorrow...

I've been following a couple of European artist's on YouTube...People in Holland, Norway and Sweden complaining abut being in a heat wave for over a week now, and none of them have AC, as they've never needed it before....but they want us to believe...there's no climate change...

Our weather is pretty typical for our subtropical summers. Around 90 degrees, high humidity and a short rainstorm every afternoon. And sunny the rest of the time. My plants love it.

And those rains are pretty intense. They dump a couple of inches of rain in about 15-30 minutes.
