Well there had to be something. We had a damp spot in the basement and it just had to be a leak of something. Seems like things just can't go smooth. Hopefully its not something major. Just have to wait and see I guess. Plus worry about it till then which is what I'm doing. Oh boy dammit. Wish I didn't worry so much. Oh well thats me.

Worrying doesn't help. Just handle whatever it is. Yep, always something. We'd moved out of our old house into this one and it was on a Friday, with settlement on that house scheduled for Monday morning. A storm came through and lightning hit the chimney and blew off the bricks and stucco. We were afraid the lightning traveled through the ground to the well pump. Turned out a friend went over and repaired the chimney and the well pump was ok so the house got sold as scheduled. Lucky for us the whole house didn't burn down! If we didn't have problems to deal with life would be pretty boring. Just pray for small problems!

Well I had to report in. Last night I slept all the way through the night. I can't remember the last time I did that. It has literally months possibly a year. I'm so comfortable it is amazing. Went to bed at 1030 and never woke up till 7am. This is really amazing. Amazing that I did that I did this I feel so good and so comfy I can't believe it. Thanks to everyone and especially God for making this happen. I think Ginny and God for making this happen. I figured you guys would be glad to hear this. I'm more at home here then I was at home. I am really on a great trip. This is really something. They have told me that I don't need to worry about finding My own place I can stay as long as I want. They have changed their lives to accomodate me. I can't get over it. Thanks to everyone. This is the best thing to happen since Ginny passed. I am so overwhelme by this. So thats it from my end everything is great.

Yay! That's the Patrick we were waiting to hear from!! How wonderful you have family that's so welcoming!

I agree Janet. They are finishing up my room. When they are done I'll have a big screen tv a recliner my bed. It is fantastic all they are doing for me.

I got a cash offer on the house already, it's less then I was asking but I don't have to fix anything. They want to close in 2 weeks and I'm gooing to take it. So no waiting to see if they qualify don't have to worry about the water damage which is more extensive then we thought so in and out and I'm done. Sounds good to me. I'm being treated like king for a day. Things are turning out pretty well I think. I think someone is watching out for me. Everything will be done not exactly the amount I wanted but close enough. My house gained $100K in 18 years. Not bad either. I'll be out and all is well. I don't seem to have anything to worry about. Thats a very weird feeling I wasn't expecting so fast..

Things are crazy here when it comes to houses where mine is. I've seen these kinds of things happening befor and never taken advatage of them so this time I'll be awake for it. These guys are picking usp places and putting some money so they win and I win. I finally have a chance to get in on one of them. It is a good feeling to be able to get out from under other stuff. Oh and I'm gaining weight and strength. I'm able to walk much better then I was. The kids are great also. They are willing to help their old grampy. Really good kids not like what you here about with teens now days. Great kids He's taking a class on bee keeping in high schoolwhere he has his own hive. Really cool the kinds of classes available in school these days. They have the opportunity to learn all kinds of stuff which is amazing to me.

Actually, not surprised about that. Good news doesn't sell papers (remember those?) or get ratings, so they have no interest in reporting on all the good kids, just the tiny minority that give them all a bad rap.

Thank you and it is nice to have family. I never really took advantage of it and it is wonderful to me. They are really taking care of me well. Going way out of their way. I keep telling them they don't have to do that but it makes it nice they are fixing things up for me to be comfortable so I am taking care of the money end. My house is all sold they want to close on the 14th. so that will be excellent all we have to do is go over and check around and see we didn't leave anything. I'm giving my doggie a way because it just makes sense. She is going to our neighbors who love her a lot and she loves them especially the husband which is great. She will be so happy there she'll pee her pants. Things are just falling into place. No the other thing is finding a doc who will prescribe my stuff if not my doc over there will keep giving them to me. So I'm pretty well set there in that dept. Closing that soon will be good, I'll have the money in my pocket and no worries there. I just can't believe how things are falling into place. That never usually happen

There is one bad habit I need to quit. I've been smoking 1-2 cigarettes a day. Not good makes my lungs hurt. I don't like that at all.
