And just to watch, right...?

BTW, why would anyone want more dan two? View attachment 819303

On da home front, just purchased a lil project...

"2008 Hyosung sense 50CC scooter. This scooter has been sitting in a garage for 9 years and does not run. front brake caliper sticks, battery is dead and I'm sure the carburetor is too. Have title, manual and original sales receipt from Hap's cycle sales in Sarasota. Looks great. Good for parts or project. Only 3023 miles."

It's like day-um brand new cosmetic wise. At da mo$t, I'll have to spend 'round $165 fer parts (shipped from South Korea) to get her to 'racing' status. BUT, I'm guessin'/bettin' I'll get her on da road fer next to nuttin' but phlushin'/cleanin' products and phresh phluids. We'll see...

Wha... what did I pay fer dis jewel in da limp? How 'bout $200. Just need a registration (aka plate); no insurance nor motorcycle endorsement required! Also need to get a rear carrier fer my six paks...
Not sure if I'll keep it. If not, I should be able to at least get double my coin. View attachment 819307

PSA: folk from central Tx up thru da mid-west need to watch dat low depression area down in da lower western GoM!!!

Looks like it'll be a fun run ... good luck with the project ... hope it doesn't have any major cost overruns.

I'm guessing the surgeon wasn't able to save yours during the mastectomy? I'm wishing you the best...

I've seen nipples done frequently as a cosmetically enhancing procedure for women who've undergone mastectomies...;)
Actually, she is also the plastic surgeon's assistant. I am ready to exchange the water balloon for the permanent implant. The nipple waits until even later. Yes it was too close to the nipple to risk it. The bittersweet of it is that getting the tat won't hurt. They use medical dyes which don't last as well, but they don't dye the lymph nodes like regular dyes. A tat covered by regular insurance? Yes.

The topic of breast cancer has brought up some bittersweet memories...
When my granddaughter was about 2 1/2, I crocheted her a pretty little blue dress for Easter. Her other Grandmother, Jane, gushed over how she looked and said she should have been entered in the Easter Parade on the AC Boardwalk. Daughter told her maybe next year, but Jane wasn't with us any longer when the next Easter approached.

My Daughter mentioned it to me and I told her...let me sew her a dress..we're going to win that Easter Parade for Jane! That Sunday morning, we dressed her in her fancy little dress, lace gloves and little lace parasol, did up her hair ...went to the Boardwalk and...won the Easter Parade...:) Yep, as I've said elsewhere, I'm a whack-a-doodle, but I really felt that morning that Jane was looking down on us and smiling...

Korean parts aren't as cheap as Chinese; production numbers. If it was a Chinese scooter, da same parts would co$t 'bout $85.

Neat thing 'bout this model, it has a gas AND oil tank; top off each side and go (aka no math, no mixin').

As far as scooterin', VERY selective short travel routes fer moi. 'Round here is always 'open season' with no bag limit!

I think insurance covers reconstruction but not cosmetic tattoos.
I should have been much more specific. Medicare covers plastic surgery for reconstructive surgery, but not for cosmetic reasons. No one should understand that all or most private policies have the same coverage.

Projects are good and that looks like it will be a fun project.

Personally, I would be fixing the front brake before taking it out. The front brake provides up to 80% of the stopping power on a motorcycle. If you try stopping by the rear break only your weight will shift forward loading the front suspension and unloading the rear suspension resulting in the possible skidding of the rear wheel.

Today, I picked up a project for myself. My project doesn't go putt putt, it goes bang bang. I picked up the parts for a scary black rifle. I figured I didn't have enough to pass down to my daughter when I depart this life. So I will leave her one more to take to Alaska or where ever she moves to. For the last couple days I have been watching YouTube videos and reading various articles for all I'll need to put it all together. I consider it an adult Lego kit/toy.

Yeah, what people call Fun, lol. I was mostly thinking that it wouldn't be a big issue since it's 50cc on a flat street in Fla.
