Another "rolled meat" meal is Turducken. I've had it a few times and it is wonderfully delicious. It is Turkey, Duck, Chicken, and dressing in a roll that is baked. It is also known as the "three bird" roast in some areas. I had it for the first time when we lived in SE Texas at Nancy's Command Christmas party. I found one in the commissary a few years ago so Syndee and I had it for Thanksgiving that year. I haven't seen it since then, unfortunately. It isn't cheap but well worth the cost. This year Syndee's boss is deep-frying a turkey for us and I'll be fixing all of the trimmings. The only person joining will be my buddy, Steven.
I read that Vermont will be questioning students about what they did over the Thanksgiving weekend. Any student who violates the Governor's order will have to use online learning for two weeks or if they have a negative Covid-19 test after one week they can return to school.
