"Am I doing it right?"Awwwwww dats my big brudder.
Good luck on the nerve procedure, mine lasted a good 6 weeks. As for me, I go in Thursday to have the nerves in my spine burned in 3 places. Hopefully that will alleviate a great deal of the pain. They say it can last anywhere between 6 months and 2 years, but it's typically around 8 months. They'll do it on the right side, then we'll see about the left if it works well for the right. Short of replacing discs which they can't do, even surgery won't help.
That is a wonderful pic, it looks like he is looking to his brother for guidance.I'm not sure what her phone is, but it takes great pics. That's in their bathroomn & yup, she's in the tub! Here is the one of them together. Macks a good big brother!

Yes, you have the outfit's name right.. Bodhi Leaf.. wonders will never cease.
oh wow........so sorry to hear this! Glad it wasn't a heart attack, but at his age pneumonia is bad. 3mg is right, and I'm sure you are thankful to still have them, but that is little comfort when you worry about one passing. Hope he recovers well from and that you and your mom both get a restful night's sleep. And your dad too!ya... time to put this day in the trash.
yeah it does take great pics! He does look like he's lookin to see if he's doin it right, but my caption will be: You said to run and hide when they say it's time for our bath, but mom seems to be lovin it! Can we git in there and splash too!I'm not sure what her phone is, but it takes great pics. That's in their bathroomn & yup, she's in the tub! Here is the one of them together. Macks a good big brother!

awwwww that's great! Frankie is tolerating it better, not quite as much of a grrrr mudgeon as he was. And Ozzy is slowly learning to ask Frankie to play rather than to jump in his face and demand it.I can't wait to be invited to stay with them! She said Mack lets Finn climb all over him.

Yuck, sorry to hear that. The steroid shots never lasted very long, but am hoping burning the nerves will last longer than that.Good luck on the nerve procedure, mine lasted a good 6 weeks.
wahooooooo enjoy your new toy. And when shall we expect your first video???![]()
lmao! Newp..........I totally mean toy.......sorry darlin.......you aint gittin that one past the sensors.Toy?
Ahem... you mean 'tool' don't ya?
I haven't decided yet if/when I'll post vids. To do that, I'd have to make a youtube account... and to do that, I'd have to step out of my 'protective shell of anonymity'. Maybe I'll get a 'dummy' gmail acct. and sign up with that.
The good news? Just checked Fedex tracking - it said: "on truck for delivery today"!!! yeeeehaaaaaa!!!
I should be flying by this weekend!
While you're debating whether or not to mask your identity, don't forget that the camera can also take still photos, which you could post rat cheer.Toy?

thanks darlin! Missed you too.He He He - I was just thinking about that the other day... Good to see you post again...
Time to fill it up again. I just finished the last sip from when I filled it up 2 days ago.Mornin Dave! I'd offer you a cuppa, but I am sure you got yur 50 sumpthin ounce mug close at hand
I sometimes drink it black, sometimes cream and sugar, but have also noticed that sometimes more flavors come out when it gets a bit cooler.Time to fill it up again. I just finished the last sip from when I filled it up 2 days ago.
More coffee snob stuff: some of the best flavors don't come to the forefront until the coffee is cold... does not apply, generally, to store-bought coffee, which often needs to be hot enough to mask bitter flavors in it. I used to use a lot of milk in my coffee but shortly after I started roasting my own, I stopped using any milk or cream; so, there's nothing to get spoiled or rancid even when I'm drinking coffee that's been in the mug for days.
Just saw this a few minutes ago. Too late now. Time to wake up the grandkids for school. I fell asleep by accident before 8 last night and slept straight through 'til 4 am. Woohoo!(((((((((T))))))))) It doesn't matter sometimes who has things worse, when you're scared it's such a hard thing to deal with. I want to call you but don't wanna wake you if you are sleepin. If you see this, call me. I'll be up pretty late.
Sorry to hear about your dad. Pneumonia is scary. But, at least once it's over, it's over. Unlike a heart condition.Today is that special kind of day.
The kind of day that you want to record every single second
Put it into a decorative box with smiley faces all over it,
Tie it with a decorative bow,
...
...
...
And burn it out of existence.
My day started just a brief 4 hours after going to bed. 5:30 and the phone rings. I had to quickly grope for the receiver and answer.
Mom: " who am I speaking to?"
Me: "Your loving son Ken."
Mom: "<dad> had a heart attack and I've brought him to the hospital and..."
-- dial tone --
Well.. my bedside phone doesn't have much but a dial and receiver, so I turn on the lights and stumble to the living room wondering why she used my dad's name instead of saying 'your dad'.
Call her back, and, yes.. "your dad is in the emergency room now being looked over, but they don't want to call it a heart attack, just a possible heart condition."
welp. no more sleep today.
Later on, while at work, I get several texts with updates...
I like to take a nap during lunch, so I lay down on the couch and drift to sleep.... for 20 min. Mom calls again.
She doesn't remember calling me this morning and was wondering how I knew to call her... she was not really with it this morning.
Turns out that the good news is that it was not a heart problem.
The almost as bad news is that it's pneumonia.
time to sleep - 4:20 <sigh>
Then they delayed his Dialysis today until his heart started rapid pulses.
Mon called tonight at 8:30 to tell me this gem. She is exhausted as she never even got the 20 min nap. She got 6 hours of sleep, but still.
Tomorrow, she is going to go postal on the staff to make sure that his Dialysis is given in the morning like it should be.
ya... time to put this day in the trash.
that's wonderful!!! So glad you got a great night's sleep. I just saw this.......ignore my text, you obviously don't have time to talk now with getting the grandkids ready for school lolI fell asleep by accident before 8 last night and slept straight through 'til 4 am. Woohoo!
One down, two to go!grandkids ready for school
I make a pot, turn it off as soon as it is done. I nuke each cup individually (except for the first, of course).Time to fill it up again. I just finished the last sip from when I filled it up 2 days ago.
