I used the heart because that looks like a healthy lunch.Hah. At the sushi bar, I always collect any wasabi paste from the people in my group who don't plan to use all theirs. They never give me enough. Nice heat, but very short duration. My daily lunch includes a quarter cup of ghost pepper covered peanuts (Da Bomb™) and a heaping tablespoon of wasabi covered almonds (Blue Diamond™) plus small handfuls of mixed salted nuts and my wife's trail mix (equal parts unsalted walnuts, pecans, almonds, and dried cherries). Also 2 oz cheese and a couple of apples or other fruit.
