It would be great if that happened. That way you don't lose progress you made during the week. That couple of days without doing it can really set you back. Tell Ginny hi for us & give her hugs. So glad she's doing so well!

Thanks Kenna. I'm glad she is doing well too. She gets really tired but she had a busy week. Radiation every day and she went to Costco yesterday, so I just told her to go home get in her jammies and lay down and watch tv. Plus the radiation is a 45min drive each way for a 10 min treatment. Found out she only has 3 to go next week. Then maybe I can go home to giver her something to do. LOL

I know I've been here too long now. Dinner wasn't 1/2 bad, course how do you screw up a PB&J.
I once spent three weeks in a rehab hospital. You could always tell who had been there to long. It was those who were comfortable discussing bowel movements at breakfast.

How does a dog accumulate 150 MPH?

Probably just have to pass three cheetahs.

Just have to put that in context ;)

They (the AKC) keep a record of the speed of runs. For example, Geordi's first run in 2018, he did it in 7.39 seconds (his fastest ever time), which converts to 27.68 mph. Next run was 7.97 seconds, which is 25.66 mph. Etc, Etc. Geordi had accumulated 126.83 mph points going into this last run where he ran it in 8.484 seconds, which translates to 24.11 mph. which gives him a total of 150.83 mph. He earned the points in 6 runs, Now we wait for the official AKC certificate.

We won't continue for more titles because it gets costly ($25-$30 per recorded run), but they often offer "fun runs" for $5. Don't count toward a title but just for fun. There is a facility near my house that is offering 2 "fun runs" for $12 today that I was planning on going to, but since it is pouring rain and in the 40s, no bag chasing today. :(

Yes, a little. He has done well in conformation by going Select to Best of Breed (there is Best of Breed and Best of opposite sex, then there is Select dog and Select girl dog... You have to already have your championship to eligible for Select, best of loosers but still points toward his Grand Championship) and he just earned another title, BCAT. It's the 100 yard dash of speed chasing a lure - plastic bag on a motorized string. They time the 100 yard dash. You convert the seconds to mph. Have to accumulate 150 mph for the title and last weekend he did it! He just loves to chase a plastic bag on a motorized string!

This is oh so true. Or the not being able to have bowel movements.
Watching Kamala Harris, I like her way of thinking a lot, but I'm afraid she would never win she is kinda young. I do like what she is saying tho.

Good job, Geordi! He is so beautiful, & has such an alert expression. As if he's ready to go & wants to know what's next.

Well, you can both see the light at the end of the tunnel, & you can both get a break. That's good.

God I hope you are right Kenna but this type of Cancer seems to alway come back and it scares the hell out of me. We have a once in a lifetime relationship and I want to keep that for as long as we can.
