I can see them in the notification email, but not on Tapatalk on my phone or tablet. I miss a lot of pictures because they won't show. They are so cute curled up out there!

Good morning whoever is up.

Aren't those little deer fun to watch? Their legs are so delicate and they're so adorable. We're lucky to live in a place where we get to watch them a lot. We have 2-3 babies each year and they're a riot to watch when they get to frolicking around in the back yard.

Last day with the Bulldogs. They are sooo clumsy, & sweet! I've talked about my sister's pup, Brutus, many times here. But this is the first time I've even met Reno, her son's bulldog. Different personalities but both very sweet boys. Brutus is more demanding in that if he doesn't want to do something he plants himself & it just ain't happening. Reno is very amiable. He's older & has allergies. Very itchy boy. He's rubbed a sore on one hip that I'm doctoring with Neorsporan w/pain & itch relief which helps. Also giving him a Benedryl in his food morning & night. So he's getting relief. Will kick my nephew when he gets home for either not taking better care of him, or not leaving stuff for me to do it.

Good morning! I was up at 4. Sorry I missed you, @DancingHeretic & @Yiddleboge. I'm having to wean off bulldog time & back to me time. I'm watching storm coverage. That stall over the Bahama's is so disastrous & terrifying.

I finally got a new mattress! I was literally sleeping in a hole in the old one. I hit the Labor Day sale at Mattress Firm & got New ones for Mom & I with the adjustable bases. Mom is not happy with her base. Not one tiny bit. She wanted box springs. She is so against this base & I can't figure out why, & she won't say. I think it's because she thinks she can't use her old dust ruffle on it & wants to store things under the bed, but wants to cover that space. I told her she doesn't have to adjust the base, or even plug it in, so she can put that dust ruffle on it if she wants to. But she may need that base in years to come, so now she has it. This base has lowered the bed height so she doesn't need a stool to get in & out of bed any more. She was horrible to me & the delivery guys the day it was delivered. I tipped the daylights to the delivery guys to make up for it, & had to apologize for her behavior. She got the mattress she picked out tho. Her only other option was just a box with plywood in it as a base to fit inside her bed frame. Box springs aren't used anymore. The sales man said he wasn't sure he could even find one. Everything is inside the mattress now. I had to leave early the next morning, just got home last night so we haven't talked at all. And I'm not ready to. We'll see how it goes today.

Good morning and good luck! Taking showers works in reverse for me...wakes me up...;)
Me too, sometimes. Feeling clean helps me relax. So, in theory it should help me sleep. But, it does temporarily perk me up.

It doesn't matter. I just wanted a shower.

Wish I had bought one of those a few years ago when we replaced our ancient one. This 'new' one is high enough that Patty has to put her knee up on it and then roll onto her back (not an easy task for her).

Now ya got me ponderin'...

What brand did you purchase?

If it doesn't totally ruin the look of the furniture, is it possible to cut the legs down on the bed frame?
