The last "fishing" trip I took both my kids over to the lake and we caught a 5 gal bucket of brim. then released them. I had to quite fishing just to re-bait their hooks and let them keep fishing. Ton's o fun. I actually kept 2 of the smallest fish and put them into my 300 gal outdoor fish tank. Then it froze over and we lost them. Yes it can get cold enough in Sebring to off your fish.

Thanks so much for the heads ups on the giraffe calf being born! I'm watching full screen on my 27" computer monitor. I can't imagine walking away from the computer at least until the calf stands up for the first time.

They are stopping now that the calf is on his/her feet.
I think that would qualify for a dump cake. The other day I saw one where Ree Drummond dumped a can of pineapple and a can of cherries in a baking pan, sprinkled a box mix cake over it and put it in to bake. You can do any combination of fruit and cake. She claims this combination is delicious even though it sounds a bit strange. Bet if you looked up dump cakes you'd find a bunch like that. Great for a quick dessert.

Yay! The giraffe is born!! I checked in when we finished dinner and she was just in the beginning of labor so I got to see the whole thing! So glad I didn't miss it! Amazing! The baby is already standing and now they've turned off the video. Thought I was going to be able to watch awhile longer.
XFinity race is on at 8:30 on Fox Sports 1. I love race season! Got a local boy supposed to be running his first big league rave tonight. Dgovic or something like that. Let you know shortly gonna go look it up.

Sorta kinda, but it didn't look brutal. They say "the baby takes a 6 foot fall to the ground" but that's not completely true since the head and front feet are much closer to the ground than that by the time the tail end comes out of the momma.

You're not supposed to use that particular bulb in completely enclosed fixtures but it will work with a dimmer.
