Wow..... and so it begins....stock up everyone, as much as you can. I'm not a doomsday sayer but it's been heading in this direction for quite a while now and , unfortunately, we're powerless to stop it.

Only powerless if we sit back and do nothing. Yeah, our efforts may not be successful, but we have to keep hammering away. And stock up...

In all seriousness, I would try to traverse at least one leg (A to B) of your Florida venture part and would plan to spend two nights out on da sojourn.

May I suggest that Tampa be the Sun Coast (west FL) southern terminus, then hit Orlando. Do believe there are more porchers on dat side of da peninsula. I could spend a night in Tampa and 'nother in Orlando.

This would be a grand event fer all! It would go down in ECF history as da ultimate ECF gathering. Let's name it WWWT, Willie's Wild Wanderlust Tour.

Can't believe they actually carry that. Saw an item on the evening news about this company that says it's out to beat Amazon at their own game. Will beat their price on everything they carry. Called Jet or something like that. Only problem is it's a membership site and costs $50 a year.

Here is a picture of my little lady. @Janet H, you are so correct about them bringing us joy. She has been my saving grace since I lost Nancy. Chiquita is perfectly content to sit on my lap while I am working on the laptop. Sits on my lap with her chin on the desktop. If a dog or cat comes on TV she will jump up and bark like there is no tomorrow. The other night the prez came on and she really started raising hades until the news clip was over. All I could do was laugh.

Almost got that right. It's Hand,foot and mouth virus. Quite different from Hoof and mouth disease which is what animals get. The fever is pretty much gone, but he's got a few ulcers in his throat that sometimes makes him a bit cranky. Mostly he's still pleasant though and smiling even with a fever. He really looks a mess though. Seems to be going around in this area.
