As I said the floor tax was passed and it is waiting on voting for the repeal. So what I said was clear and in my opinion you were being a jerk. Deb questioned if the tax was passed.
No,
you said it was being
repealed, she said she didn't think
that had been voted on yet, you responded by telling her to do research. She was right, you are wrong, period, end of story. Your continued claiming that it is being repealed is meaningless until there is a vote, and you came across as a jerk, so I responded in kind. It doesn't actually even matter if that tax does get repealed, by the time it happens, many businesses in PA will already be gone because they couldn't afford to pay it when they had to, long before the vote. The vote will happen much too late.
Some of us have done research and know what the lay of the land is, and don't appreciate people like you going around telling everyone that everything is wonderful when it isn't.
You want another example of your ignorance? You say you don't think it makes any sense that stores are closing anywhere else besides PA. Guess what? Many stores make most of their money from making juice. Guess what? Every store in Indiana that relied on that income is already closed or is closing. And once the deeming takes full affect, every store in the rest of the country that relies on that income will also close. Because they won't be able to mix juice, because they won't be able to meet the FDA's burdensome requirements. So stop spouting your "everything is sunshine" FDA propaganda, and start doing your own research.
Yes, now I am being a jerk on purpose.
