I stopped trying to suck it up. I went to pulling the plunger out & pouring the vg in. Now that I mix by weight pg & vg are in big cafe style condment squirt bottles.

Yep once I get my recipe just right for me I just make 100ml using a 65ml syringe with a big opening but it fits in the bottle.

I'm going to change the rings on the airflow on my black K5.

Have you watched Busardos video on the K5? He really goes into detail which is nothing new for him. He takes it completely apart further then I ever do. I See no reason to pull the hex nut out on the bottom of the head which also releases the + post so you have to get that lined up also. But you get a good chance to see all of the parts, he has really good video gear so some great shots of it.

Do you have a pic of the Cigar?
Cigar is the style of the ink pen. I took a couple pics of my favorite pen. It goes with me clipped to my bag. It is a cigar style pen made with Zebra Wood. I also took a couple pics of my workshop and backyard. When I finish with the pen I am working on I will post some things on the back porch.
If you have some extra o-rings for the V5, how about including a few to sweeten the deal? If you don't have any extra that's OK. I think you will like the Cigar pen made with Zebra Wood. Just my guess.

Cigar is the shape, not the wood.

If thats the case I definitely like the cigar better. Nice fat pen I won't want to use or take out of the house. I can use it for signing all my important stuff then get a shot of me holding it up to show everyone I can still sign my name.

Just ordered 50 1X11's today probably won't have them till Wednesday. Seems to take that long to get here even though they are in Boise. Just realized I was out of them yesterday. But I might be able to work something out. Do you just want the ones for the head and maybe the ones for the juice fill cap?

To all our sweet and cherished porch Mamas, may you each have a wonderful, fulfilling and appreciative day tomorrow!

Not to be morbid, but realistic, I would venture a guess that "Mama", or variation of such, is the most used final word; for valid reasons!

Will always love and miss you Mom...

That will be fine, I'm not in a big hurry.

Yep, I've watched it a couple or three times.

The only thing I like to add in my tea is some half-and-half. A nice cup of tea and a vape…ahhhhhhh!!!!!
Wait, I've not caught up yet, but are we talking about tea flavoured eliquid, or a nice cup of earl get while we vape?

I'm a shallow inhaler and I do the mouth to nose thing most of the time. 70pg juice can do a number on lungs compared to VG. I like flavor more than vapor, so I'm at 8w to 10w most of the time.

MTN is really a good way to taste the exhale. You get notes through the nose exhale that you'd never experience in the juice with a mouth exhale.
This is what I wondered, is there some reason people are thinking that vg is easier on the lungs than pg? I chain vape, but prefer a 70p/30v at 6nic. Reason would be more than having the word vegetable in it, I think.

I tried a few tea flavors. The only one I got to like is TFA Earl Grey. I use 6% Earl Grey with 6% Honey and some sweet cream. That much honey sounds over the top, but I had been trying to make a good Earl Grey for a while and I couldn't quite get it right. Someone suggested equal parts with honey so I tried it and loved it.
Going to be one of my first tries, really would like a jasmine and white tea vape. The teas in general were hard to fing and the reviews talked about dirty socks, etc.
Gary, can you really vape vanilla extract??

Uh oh, veg and pg go in the fridge?

My gallonz uv pg n' vg n' nic stay in the freezer. But the Lil bit I have for mixing just stay on da shelf with the flavors, nic and joose. I'm easy.
But why VG over PG for me? Well when I started out buying joose I usually ordered 50/50. Then I stumbled across a joose video about quacks. And noted they use 100% VG. Ok. Tried their stuff. I was floored. Since then, most everything I make uses all VG.
But again... YMMV.

I inhale more than I want to, but my goal is to finally train myself to do mouth to nose without thinking about it.

VG is milder on the inhale than PG. PG is a throat hit and flavor component. VG is a heavy vapor producer that imparts a sweetness of its own. Most mix some level of PG/VG in their juice and some vape 100% VG. Hardly anyone wants to vape 100% PG. I and a lot of others once vaped 90pg/10vg. That was once a standard among many juice vendors.

Nowadays, you'll see more choices in the 70 PG range, 50/50, or 70 VG as well as 100%VG in vendor juices.

Some people have allergies with pg so they raise the vg. Some just want bigger clouds so use higher vg. Pg carries flavor & throat hit better but less cloud. Vg mutes flavor, & less throat hit,but makes bigger clouds. For some people vaping works because of flavors, for some it's more about the similarity to smoking including clouds. And then for some it's both. If someone is saying vg is easier on their lungs they may be talking about throat hit being too harsh for them & preferring a milder hit so higher vg.
Almost verything about vaping is adjustable according individual preference. I don't put flavoings, juice, or pg/vg in fridge or freezer. They just sit in a cupboard with he 120ml bottle of nic I'm using for mixing. The rest of my nic is in a freezer. One liter divided into 120ml glass bottles so I can just pull one bottle at time to use, & I'm not warming to room temp, opening & reclosing & refreezing a full liter of nic.

I've been slow to freeze my nic, but I have the 8oz bottles to transfer my 2 liters of nic. I recently decided to go ahead and split it up for the freezer. I ordered some 100ml syringes to do just that. My nic is a pale orange looking through the white plastic LDPE bottle. There's only light throat hit and it's just about right.

Comparing my two bottles of 100mg/ml, the one I've been using to mix juice for 9 months is 1 1/4" lower than the unopened bottle. I can see the advantage of freezing nic to extend it's useful life. There's 7 inches of liquid in the full bottle. That gives me 11.2 years of nic at my average rate of consumption over the last 9 months. Apparently, I'm vaping a little more than my initial estimate, but that's far enough into the future for me. :)

Past that point I'll probably decide that I can go from 3mg/ml to 0 nic or buy more if it's still available for consumer purchase.

Well I got 2 more Nautili for Ginny. Since I got a 10% discount got them for $17 including a spare glass tube, and 5 more boxes of heads at $9 a box. Told her that was her Mothers Day present and she said no it's not. So she has something else in mind. That's the way we do presents anymore. No surprises that the other doesn't really want that way. Just decide for yourself and get what you want. Now I just have to come up with a recipe flavor she likes. I think I'm going to try some Baker Flavors. I made a test batch of Blueberry and Cream. When I tried it before I tried 4% because I was told it was weak. Well this time I did 2% BB 1% Cream and like most of their flavors the Blueberry tastes like Fresh BB's no candy I think it needs just a touch of sweetner will try 1% TFA Cotton Candy. It just needs a tiny amount. It gets hard to measure 1% when you are making 10ml. I don't know how they make their flavors but they are amazing to me. Like Gary says Taste is Subjective. This one I gave a 10 day steep and made all the diff.

I am sort of like Gary with the VG I always made everything at 50/50 then I tried the Ducks and really liked it so started making 30ml test bottles of all VG except the flavors which are so minute in amounts and 50/50nic also very small but I've found that 5% DW makes it just right for me for vaping. Like I was saying my juices now are maybe 4-5% PG 5% DW and 90% VG. I add a slightly more amount of flavor like .5% but the flavor is still great don't notice any real difference except slightly smoother.
