Just noted the counter in my sig- today is my 5 year anniversary of starting vaping! Never made it this long before...I quit for 4 years using patches, but relapsed badly.

Hooray for vape!!!
Congratulations! I'm super late with this because I got unsubscribed to this thread & another one sometime in January or December maybe. I forgot about the other thread since aI hadn't been on it much. But this thread I just thought was not being used much. Clicking around on Tapa & found I'd been unsubed. [emoji58]

Well I think my first pod is starting to wear out.
Ok, I'm lazy and really don't want to go all through the many posts that there are. What type of pod is it that you have? I should remember but that is asking too much for my addled brain.

Hey all been a while since I was on here. Just wanted to stop by and tell ya'all as of Thursday November 22, 2018 Thanksgiving day. I laid down my vape and have not used it since I am pretty much finished with it all. 49 years of cigarettes and 5 years of vaping and I am finally free of a nasty addiction.
Super-Congratulations!

Its a Lost Vapes Orion Go the one that has the DNA chip in it. Thats the big reason I got it too. No building. To me it is great when you just want something easy and small. It isn't one I would use for a replacement for my others but for something tiny and simple to use it works great. The pods are self contained with the coil and tank. The pods run about $4 each and my first one I've used for about 5 weeks. You can have a pod for each flavor you use and it works a lot like a Nautilus. As the pod wears out you need to use more power. Perfect to grab when you are going somewhere. It gives you a good vape and if you are using it without any others lasts easily all day. The battery is self contained. I originally got it to be able to hide it in the nursing home but find myself using it in rotation with my others now. Its great for a to go mod. It is temp controlled but no temps to set just low, med, and high settings. But like I said I would not use it as a replacement for my better mods.

What do you think of it Iffy? I really like it for just putting it in my pocket and it works as a replacement when you are out and about. Holds about 2ml of juice and the pod contains the coil which is SS 2 diff strengths a .5 ohm which it the one I like and a .25 which I haven't tried yet that is supposed to get bigger clouds. But don't take my word for it talk to others. Iffy is the only one I know on this thread that has tried itIts not cheap at around $60 but it is definitely handy and easy to take with you when going out. Charges in about 45min and I think it would last all day.

Thanks, Kenna, The 25 (my 55th birthday) and the 26 (my 4th vapaversary) are coming up real soon. 55 is tough with all of the SS, Medicare, etc. Oh well, time will tell about the joys of retirement.

Thanks for the information, Pat. It isn't something I am going to be picking up anytime soon, however, I like to keep abreast in case the need may arise.

And yup, it vapes just like my $20 clones :tumble:

Nice TJ! ... kind of tempts me to take out my brass Polidiac and polish it up and use it again for old times sake.

Not mine ... just a stock photo ... however, one like this was among my daily drivers for a long time.

Nice Mike, you should do it.

It's amazing how well some of that old stuff vapes.
We loved it back when, so there is no reason that we shouldn't like the way it vapes now.

Even with the little 18350 tube this old Caravela is an amazing vape.
That little tube is from the "America's LE" series. There were only 25 of them made.

It took me a minute or two to realize the duck was not the vape. o_O
Very pretty. The duck *and* the vape, that is.

Got my order from FT today. I ordered it a week before Chinese New Year, figured it might make the cut on shipping. It didn't. Got another Skyline, a Doggystyle, some parts and a new Pico X. It has a rubberized covering which is really "grippy" yet has some give to it. It's nice since my hands don't work like they did 20 years ago. Also really light compared to my Paranormal. I think it's going to be my out and about mod.
