LOL.....I had one of those. Handy little thing to have at your desk. Only added info I would put out there.....you can't use a usb 1.0 port. It won't fire. It was the main reason I purchased a power strip that had a couple of usb ports, one of which was 2.0. Call me paranoid, but I won't plug anything like that into my PC.
I'm confused. Wouldn't 3 * 1.2V batteries = 3.6V?I made and still have a 3AA Puck. It takes 3 Ni-MH batteries in series for 4.5V.
worked well with 3 ohm dripping attys
Could you post (or PM/email) the instructions? I have the link saved. But, they spread the instructions out on multiple pages. I haven't had the patience to go through and put all the pages together to save. Every time I've tried, I start getting twitchy!Agreed I have the instructions for a puck mod printed off and tucked away. I also have picked up multiples of the parts for one. If push came to shove even this silly old cat can learn to solder.
Why not just save them for your Vapocalypse stash? No, the batteries wouldn't last. But, they'ld be a great starter kit for someone. An almost eGo-sized VV stick with replaceable batteries.Funny you should ask. They've been packed away for months. I just 'found' them the other day along w/ a slew of batts. I was thinking of putting them on the classifieds. But even if I price them low w/ the batts ... I'm not sure anyone would even be interested. The batts are probably worth more than the Riders themselves.
I can't speak for many but my Provaris are extremely well made devices with a track record of durability.
Yup, your budget might be a little too tight. But, most people who complain about the price are spending as much or more on other less reliable mods. ProVari are so reliable that used is just as good as new.Except for the fact that my budget is profoundly limited.
Reminds me of Steel Jan and her Elmo toy home-made mod.Oh-ya, and we've even been known to go a little overboard with mod designs.

My budget is way tighter than that. Maybe someday. But I would rather get a GUS Lord Telescopic mod bb/whs airflow [A00-5C110] - €99.00 : Gus-mod&more...!, An idea made material if I were to go high-end.Yup, your budget might be a little too tight. You can get a V2 for about $60-65 and a 2.5 for $75 in the classies. And, that would include the extension cap (to make it an 18650) and shipping. I got my Satin Silver Mini (with extension tube) for just $50.
It uses a potentiometer to.adjust voltage.
Before she has another puter issue Yiddle is on camera in the HO![]()
Darn, wish I could have been there to see yiddle....
Maybe they haven't turned off the code. Litecig hadn't turned off theirs.Found the email... it ended at midnight last night... Oh well.
Like da wattage adjustment on da Kicks.
No idea, i bought those 4 years ago.Are variable voltage ones of a better quality still available? Along with mechs and kicks, would be a great addition to my living like doomsday has already arrived.
My charger usually topped them to between 1.46-1.47V. They drop to 1.2V pretty fast though.I'm confused. Wouldn't 3 * 1.2V batteries = 3.6V?

I have 2 of them, plus a couple of Hybris (exactly the same mod, but built a tiny bit better and with an eGo connection instead of a flat-topped plain 510 connection). They're my vapocalypse version of an eGo Twist.

Thanks, I didn't know that. I bought one of those a long time ago. By the time I received it, I had heard so much about how cheap and delicate that the wiring is that I never opened to pkg. It's in my stash.LOL.....I had one of those. Handy little thing to have at your desk. Only added info I would put out there.....you can't use a usb 1.0 port. It won't fire. But then......you'd have to be acquainted with all my PC woes to understand my paranoia.......![]()
Oh, ok. Good to know.My charger usually topped them to between 1.46-1.47V. They drop to 1.2V pretty fast though.
