I watched the video. It is sobering.

The thought that this might have been in his mouth instead of in his hand.......well I don't even want to think about it.

Would a reasonable person go out and buy a hang glider and then just go to the highest mountain top they could find and jump off? Would the same person just go to ebay and buy a parachute and then go find a charter plan to take him to a altitude he thought was reasonable and jump out?

The Freedom to do what one wants comes with a high level of responsibility, you can not separate the two and retain either.

I doubt they would but I certainly have some friends that would. I wouldn't necessarily call them reasonable.

A reasonable person wouldn't necessarily ask the person who sold them the hang glider or parachute for lessons now would they. After jumping out of a plane with a parachute, I can tell you the 5 hours that they made me take prior was well worth it. That is my point. While some of the onus may be placed on the seller, some should be placed on the user as well.

The words been out for a couple of years now that hybrid top caps have a problem.

I've been doing this vaping thing for 10 months. In recent months I'm using rda's exclusively and in the past month with TC exclusively. I took a hard look at mech mods and decided I'm not going there unless it's the only way I can vape. I'm careful but not careful enough and what if something happens when I'm with others? What that guy did was shoot himself with this own gun. We know it and he knows it.
