I think VW is probably superior, but only if you use a limited number of similar juices (which I definitely don't). I have a lot of juices, and I change between them a lot, and some of them can take a lot more heat than others. I'd be changing my watts all the time, just like I do my volts now, so I don't see much advantage for me.

I think what people like about it, and what I like about it, is more to do with being able to stay at the same watts with different resistances. It's just adds something a little easier to work with for me. I have VV and VW and find VW much easier to use. Sure, you still adjust a bit if you want with different juice, but it's one less set of things in regard to resistance to have to consider when doing so.

Thank you for your perspective. It may be that my comments, although they were factual and unbiased, could be interpreted to be slanted more to what I was more familiar with. Still no reason for the hate though.

"although they were factual and unbiased"

Just fired a round of .50 cal and it still didn't get through????!!!

i have noticed that with both geneys and the whole VW argument,,the ones that think what those are the best are usually the ones that have not had a lot of time in the vapin scene.
i've been a year and a half and i have seen a lot of "this is superior" items come and go, i expect before years end there will be a new and far better way to vape, theres a little bit of sarcasm in there :)

i've found what and how works for for me ,and i am at the year and one day mark,so i must be doing something "superior"

Yeah, you are right. All the Gennie, kick, and Darwin users are a bunch of noobs.

And seeing that you have a whole year in, I am kind of surprised that Evolv didn't consult you before they wasted all their time and money coming up with needless complications that don't do anything different than any VV device.

There is a little bit of sarcasm in there:)

It is actually much less complicated. How can you take something that is less complicated and twist it to being needlessly complicated?

I think over the course of this thread I begin to understand why people become antagonistic about provari.

There is serious denial among many of the provari fateful over the shortcomings of the current model.

I didnt twist anything.FOR YOU it might be easier to press the button to get to the wattage setting but to me its another screen I dont need and 5 more button presses to get past. I figured out a long time ago that I like my juice best at 4.7 volts with a 2.0 smoktek prepunched carto. I could care less about much wattage Im running because Ive already found my sweet spot. In that regard it IS needlessly complicated.

That being said, I wouldnt be surprised at all if they dont release a V3 of the Provari in coming months with the wattage setting for those that prefer it but for many us its FAR from a must have.

Thats not denial thats just the truth.

Educate me. Specifically what was not factual and biased in what I said? I want to know, because your opinion counts and is pertinent to the topic of this thread.

How can a person pull a comparison between 2 products if he hasn't owned 1 of them??? That's all what I meant..

AND you are a person with a pretty high post count which shows that you have been around following this community long & is pretty well knowledgeable about "these" stuff. Newbies ( like me) will take what you say for granted.

So the more you hang around ... the more responsible you ought to be..!

Well just ma 2 paise(its paise here)... now go & :vapor: yer .... off homey!!

Well, you must admit you are a pretty rare bird around here then, if you only ever going to use one specific cart and never try anything else.

Most are on here wanting to try different and new stuff our roll their own coils, and for those purposes vw is both superior and less complicated. Period.

Besides, I believe that the menu on the Zmax at least allows you to choose which mode you want to use, VV/vw, and you never see the other if you choose not to.
Further, if you had to use the watt menu it wouldn't be too tough to set the Watts at you preference, just dual in 11 and be done.

I do hope provape does come out with a vw model soon, because I am waiting to give them my money.

OK, cool. Thanks for your perspective.

I qualified my opinion at the very beginning of my statement, admitting that I only owned one of the two devices. Newbie or not, that should be plain as day. I felt I still had something to contribute to the discussion.

And quite honestly, as soon as i find a dual 18650 box mod with the DNA20 chipset.. Ill be buying one of them and bailing out on all my mods except, the provari..

Reason being is:

Simplicity of one button operation,

Quality of the build on the mod itself. Plus, its simply a unique, sexy piece.
