It began life as four pieces of 3 mm silica , two long, two short, with one strand removed from each.
After placing it into the top of ceramic housing I remove one more strand from the wicks in the side channels.

How is this compared to highlander coils - which is nr - 2 strands of R then Nr ?

Same results or do you get more flavor since its 2 separate coils ?

I really didn't get the Highlander setup "mastered", I only built one and it wanted to pop and crackle and spit juice so I didn't try it again.
This setup requires larger channels than the Highlander.

Stormysvaporcellar.....may not be the cheapest, but dependable....

all you need is the short mouthpiece. You just take off the metal tank section. There are a few vendors that make different sizes, but since I havent bought any of them or looked in to it, I cant tell you who. But many of the members here can...

My Term V2 has been chugging along quite well with a 1x strand of 3mm down the sides and a 2x strand of 3mm at the top.

Mine is a V1 but that is how it's set up and it's probably my favorite device in over three years of vaping. It just keeps vaping along, takes seconds to fill and never leaks, floods or otherwise misbehaves. Flavor is clean and vapor production responds well to changes in voltage. It's revitalized my provari to where my mechanical mod sits in the vape drawer. I honestly doubt I'll ever bother with a genesis-style atty again, and I was pretty much sold on gennies.

Thanx alot .:)
So basicly for usage of 27 or 30mm i need a short mouth peace. Should ask this before i order
I have just got my terminator v2,and havent used it yet because n/r wire is not here yet.
I had planned on just using just the clear tank at first, and Ive played around assembling it,1 clear tank and the long mouth piece.
I cant see why this wont work,I see the cut out at the bottom of the mouthpiece but you have to unscew it like 7 times before that is even close to the top o ring.
What am I missing here?
I just cant see why the long mouthpiece wont work with one tank.I also havent actually used it yet;)

As long as the o-ring doesn't get into the recessed area it will work, it will be a little long that's all.
But with other longer Oddy type mouthpieces the stop with be in the way.

I don't have an issue with it. My penelope has "wings" to stop it from being completely unscrewed so that wouldn't work they had a penelope short mode. My term does not. I can try it at some point but I don't see the issue.

Re: Long mouthpiece and short tank, I'm going to have to say that the o-ring will be into the recessed part of the mouthpiece stem even when closed, here's why

In this picture the positive pin is flush with the end of the 510 connector and the mouthpiece is fully closed.

I'll agree with you that, StaircaseWit. I was sold on genny styled RBAs, as well. Recently, I have decided the the silica based RBAs are more to my liking.

I have it apart and in hand.I guess I should learn to post pictures.
I have the ggts base on and the positive pin is making contact in the collection tank, and with the mouth piece closed the recess is 1 1/2 turns below the top of the tank and the o ring is several turns above that.
I think I can lower the positive pin a few turns more too if I need it

I can see maybe 3-4mm lower on my set up if I removed my little plasic spacer from above the bottom o-ring and cranked it down farther.
Pehaps because of the differences between the GGTS base and the 510 base is why yours is so much lower.
My two GGTS bases will arrive any day now.

Hello all,

I just receive and been playing around with the Terminator V2 large for 24 hours, so far I like it a lot. The set up is a lot easier and faster then my AGA-T2, and the vaping experience is some what on the same level. I do have a question regarding dry burn, on my IGO, when the gunk built up, I just dry burn it off. This morning when I dry burn on the Term, the unit get quite hot, will this cause any issue for the O-rings? My set up is 1.7 ohm (1.5" of 32 gauge,) and I am using 50/50 juice, with half a turn open for juice feed. I am still a noob for this RBA, any tips, tricks, advice is greatly appreciate.

Thanks,
Andy

I tear mine down to just the repairable part (no base) and rinse in the sink, pat dry with paper towels, install back into base and dry burn.
Usually I get burnt juice below the repairable part so I repeat the process again, try too not let it get to hot, my concern is more the grommet in the 510 connection of the mod than the o-rings (I can replace them)

My Gen's and carto tanks left quite a while ago, except for a couple drippers, a Kayfun and Ithaka there has been no other love
