I don't know what coils you use. Hope it is not the bad kind Kanger dual coil losing its wick?
If yes, an old Protank/EVOD single coil with the silicon cap of the dual coil extra on it can solve the leaking problem.

And if it is a new generation dual coil not losing its wick: All silicon caps and o-rings in place after cleaning job?
It's the upgraded dual coil. I remember trying out the trick you mentioned on my evod glass once, made it leak worse.

Well I have to tell everyone that Provape has already shipped me a replacement Radius via one day priority mail. They didn't even wait for proof that I had mailed the return.

Try to get that sort of customer service from...well really just about any other manufacturer in this business.

Provape's products aren't for everybody, for sure. They're not in the high power/low resistance game. They're for vapers who don't mind paying a premium for a high quality product that also has almost great ergonomics, and entirely manufactured in the US.

They only did that because Boden threatened to send them a coil bomb before he will give you his!

Or maybe I am the problem causing the tank to leak?

When I take a draw, it snap-crackles a lot. So I draw a little harder to prevent that sound as I've associated that sound with leaking. Maybe what I do is what's causing leaks?

I've drawed the same way I've always done (not cigarette draw!)

A little trick is to put your driptip in the side/corner of your lips. It's really hard to create a vacumm this way. Stress could be making you sux too hard

I usually put it on the side, but haven't lately. Though I don't think that's why. Stress is definetely with me!

But is it supposed to snap n crackle all the time? Sounds like putting water on a stove combined with popcorn popping.

The snap, crackle and pop is too much liquid on the coil. Just bump the watts slightly
I'm using 11.5 on a 2ohm coil. The snap, crackle, pop only comes when I'm drawing slower. I usually draw beyond the crackle point, but now I'm worrying if that's what makes it leak.

The Radius is for Tootle Puffing quality. Wanting to have a DNA200 instead is really not in the same category.

Interesting thought, but with my Velocity setup I can vape 1mL of liquid with four puffs at 35W. 40W is pleanty of power.

There is this strange misunderstanding about how much power people actually use for their ADV. From the reviewers I interact with 25-35W is what the vast majority of high wattage vapers use when they aren't showing off.

That is true for the coil head ones.

My Big German 10ml will only leak if it is not wicked properly.

I have never had the extended (10ml) Undead Kayfun leak on me thankfully.

I really want a Flash e-Vapor dD for it's 19.5ml of glory! :w00t: (That is a regular 5ml FeV V3 on the right.)

I was stunned recently to discover that apple cider vinegar smells EXACTLY like the malt vinegar for fish n chips. But good to know, in case I ever run out of malt vinegar. :D

UGGH! Vinegar is another horrible flavor for me.

Yes drawing too hard will cause leaking. You are sucking more juice into the wick chamber than the coil can vaporize.
Don't worry about the snap and crackle.

Maybe that's it. I'll cleanse the pipes and see if it fixes it.

If you get gurgling or leaking from the AFC here's something you could do as well as all the great responces you've gotten so far.
Take your atty off your mod and turn it upside down. Put a paper towel near the air flow opening (to catch the excess juice) and blow into the drip tip a few times till you get just air coming out. This will clear out any excess juice in the chamber and coil. Then puff away. Like most have said not drawing hard but with an even draw. Hope this helps ya.
