The iClear-30S is, similarly, a tank that has NO center air tube.
The reason I still have a couple 30S's in my rotation is that the 10-15 seconds it takes to pour the ejuice into a small bottle (with a screw-on drip tip) before changing the coil...is easily exceeded by the time saved in refilling...5-10 seconds to screw/unscrew the TOP (and NO need to remove the tank from the Mod to refill).
Course...that's just me...

yepper, agree with ya (but I never got along with those tanks)
I could care less about filling any tank, just all too simple - IMO

topic kinda got warp'd into I made a bad tank haha

my point was a slip in, High Performance bottom coil
that was re-buildable, now that might be cool...

if the Endura coil was re-buildable, now that would be a smash in my book...

I have a lot to learn, apparently. What is "step down"? I see it mentioned here and there, but I don't understand. I looked at the IPV Mini @AndriaD was talking about in her post. It's nice looking. It says it uses watts as low as 5 watts. That seems plenty low to me.....especially with a coil that is about 1.5 ohm. I personally like around 7 to 8 watts, myself.

So I'm confused what is this "step down" thing? o_O

Here's a link for you.
Step Down Technology... What is it, exactly?

I don't believe all are Panasonic, but yes, they are "Tested" Top Quality Re-Wraps! :)

yepper,I have NO IDEA

just by reading from sweet-vapes
that Mr AW hisself takes the Panny cell rewraps them to make AW

at the time back whenever I read that it surprised me because I thought
AW was a battery manufacturer...

:)

@Vapez, I live in the Netherlands. We implemented most of the tpd since....I think June this year. Shops have been visited by the authorities and some got fined for 'illegal' tanks. It is totally unclear of drippers are still allowed, they are assessed on case by case basis

There's a nice vaping bag on FT, though I'm not sure if its practical. Looks nice tho....Dont have a link right now, maybe tomorrow if you want.
Ahh, netherlands. Where ******** is legalized and vaping slowly turns illegal. Ironic, isn't it?

I'd like :) most is for egos though..

Ah. I see! Okay...thanks!

You know that ohm's law thing, where the wattage you get depends on what resistance you're using -- if you have vv, you have to figure that out yourself. If you have vw, you can set the wattage and it figures it out for you -- but with a mod that won't step down, you have to figure out what resistance to use, to get the wattage you really want, because the mod won't go below the 4.2 volts of a charged battery, until it begins to discharge. Normally I use 1.7Ω and select 9 watts -- but if I use 1.9-2 ohms, then even at 4.2v, I still get pretty close to 9w.

Anyone else having a problem logging in to Desert Vapes? I ordered some driptips from them today, to match that blue iPV Mini, and the thing will just NOT let me login, at all, and when I hit "forgot password" (though I didn't forget it, but hit it twice now), it never sends anything. :(

@AndriaD I was able to log in to high desert vapes. Is that the site?

No, "desertvapes".

I finally got the PW change email... hours after clicking the forgot PW link... No idea what's up with that.

:D

I ordered the blue acrylic Ming, and both of the blue acrylic "cola bottle" tips... they're out of the blue Mings though. :( I might be able to get one of those at a local B&M that stocks the small Mings I like.

yepper, the blue acrylic Ming was OOS, but the blue plastic ming was there (when I looked) :D

Yeah I don't like the color of that one as much; not as good a match for the blue iPV Mini. I'll probably just grab one at my local B&M; a bit costlier that way, but at least it's close, and I can look at it and see the color before buying. I did get those 2 "cola bottle" tips, to match the iPV, so at least I'll have those to open on xmas along with the mod. :D

So this week, I took a smoking colleague to a vapeshop close to work and had her pick some juice. And I am lending her two evod kits, so she can try out vaping for a while :) Hope she can make the switch!

Well done
