Our cat is afraid of EVERYTHING... just terrified. I believe she was never "socialized" properly, being abandoned at only about 3 months of age. She turned up in our carport, obviously starving, not much of her at all but skin, bones, fur, and fleas -- we fed her, so she stayed, and apparently got the idea that we're the only humans that can be trusted. Everyone and everything else, to her is a terrifying threat.

Fortunately most of the booms were over by 1am.

Welcome to the Tootle Puffers! Lots of great people here! Some straddle the line and can claim to fit with both the Tootlers and the Modwompers...but that's okay. We don't judge!

Hey I think I resemble that remark! :p:D
Maybe it's because I'm confused???:confused::confused::confused:

I'm with you there...except I do like menthol e-juice. Going on my 5th year as a full time vaper. I have bought a few "new" things this past year that are actually "last year's models" for some features that appealed to me. Long battery life, passthrough capable, VV/VW. Have become a fan of the Innokin stuff big time. Couldn't afford them when they came out (MVP, MVP20, MVP3, MVP3Pro, VV/V3) but can now! bwahahaha! They are all reduced! Anyway, I have no use for TC, sub ohm, high wattage, or anything like that. I usually vape somewhere around 7 watts to maybe 9 watts, max with 1.5ohm atomizers. Favorite tanks are Cero and GS Air M. My needs are simple. Nice thing about being that way is that lots of stuff is going on clearance now as the Kloudz people clamor loudly for higher/more power and lower sub ohms. Get to reap the benefits! BWAhahahaha!!!

Well I don't agree with the menthol, can't stand it. As for the gear I bought some SVD 2.0 last night for the stash and a couple of Kayfun V4.

Our cat "adopted" us a year ago in October. People dump unwanted pets in our area all the time...dogs and cats, both. We have a thriving feral cat colony living in the area. Several neighbors take care of them. Anyway, one night husband commented that a little white cat we'd never seen before was standing at our sliding glass door outside on the back deck. Usually, when we approach one of the ferals we see outside...even if they are "protected" by glass, they run. This one didn't. So, out of curiosity (and fully expecting the kitten to bolt) I slid the door open. He bolted all right! Right into our house! After a chase around the house we finally were able to entice him to come to my hand and I carried him back outside; honestly believing him to be feral. He spent the night under our grill. Next morning son went out to the yard to do his weight lifting and the cat shot into the house again. So we kept him. He was about 5 months old, a bit beat up, and skinny. We called him Rusty (although he's an all white cat) because when he first came he had a case of laryngitis and his meow sounded all "rusty". We got him fixed and he's now gotten fatter and healthy and rules the house and us with aplomb. He apparently had a brother who was dumped at the same time...but he was more shy and wouldn't let us approach him and wouldn't come in. He lives on our front porch now and we call him "R.C." for "rail cat" since he spends a lot of time sitting on our deck rail. I wish we could catch him and get him fixed...but he's really shy. Son feeds him. As for shelter...he stays under the house for that.

Our cat also had an abandoned sibling! We called it "Bandit" because unlike our cat's perfect tuxedo coloring, this one had a white face and a perfect black mask over its eyes. I gave in very reluctantly to adopting our one, knowing very well that it meant daily antihistamines; no way I could deal with two. My husband finally captured Bandit (earning himself a bad bite!), and we took it to the animal shelter, because we were moving, and didn't want it to be abandoned a 2nd time -- some of our neighbors were prone to uncivilized conduct like poisoning feral cats, and it really was cute, with that black mask, so we figured it had a decent shot at being adopted -- probably a better shot at life than being left behind with those uncivilized neighbors.

I was a menthol smoker when I smoked....I didn't even really care about the tobacco taste, just wanted the strongest menthol I could find. That actually turned out to be a blessing when quitting cigs. Some people seem to have a really hard time, and want a great tobacco taste that seems so hard to find. I found my Extreme Ice flavor at MBV, LOVED it, then just started making my own. It's nice to have an ADV that's just one flavor! I lucked out that way.

I have a few mods, but all running at 8.5 watts tops, and mostly all Nautilus tanks. But I have one carto tank filled with a dessert flavor, and it's much warmer than my Nautilus', and it makes the sweet dessert flavor SO good! When I first started, I was excited that I got a good deal on an iTaste 134 mini for like $80....and here it is a year and a half later, and I've got this new 75W device with all the pretty lights and cool buttons, and it was half that! I cannot believe how FAST this industry is moving. I don't need the watts, I don't care about clouds at all (just a little, like when I smoked), but I do love me some shiny stuff with buttons and lights!

* walks in, sits on a bench and sighs * Struggled a bit with this for a while. Did not really desire finding myself in one vaping caste or another. Yes, I was a modwomper. Still, think I may piddle a bit as a modwomper.

That aside, ... Hi I'm known here as MorelyMagicMist, my first name is Benjamin or Ben for short, you may call me George, Joe, Frank, Sam, the big Papa dog, big ole hairy ugly one, "hey you", etc.. Do not though call me late for a meal. :) I am here to admit what is my wee vaping heart. I am a ... tootlepuffer at heart. Now, understand I'm not one for a lot of bling bling. I just like stuff what works well enough, serves what it's to do.

Been finding this out this morning. Got the new 30 watt! Hero mod. What am I doing?

Vaping around 8 - 12 watts on coils running from 1.5 to 2 ohms in a cheap tank and I'm liking it, a lot. :) So, there I am and where I go is there. ;) That isn't to say I may not do a bit of mild sub ohm vaping, or crank up the watts once in a while. It just says I'm alright to being a vaper, being myself, being free of tobacco. :) Thanks for the encouragement and being good comrades. That has made the journey bearable and do-able.

Alright, what the H. E. Double Hockey Sticks is going on?

Neither my local B&M's carry Innokin products. One used to but no longer. I've googled several other B&M's within about a 10 mile radius and only one carries the Coolfire IV (which I've been saving for).

I've also checked a number of Canadian online stores and they either are out of stock or don't carry them. I emailed canvapes and asked if they'd be restocking the Coolfire IV. Their response:
"At this point we're not sure what we're doing with the Innokin line."

Huh?

I was under the impression Innokin products are very popular, well-made devices. What's goin' on?

something going on with Innoken's marketing distribution setup. Been seeing it for a while. Clearance on Innoken products and such with no other Innoken stuff on that site.

Welcome, Morelyben :)

Think a lot of us here feel the same - enough vapor to trick the mind, good flavor and the right nic level.

That the Ola X hero? Hefty, but a great performer! (Two in my array.)

Is $37.99 a good price for the Ola X Hero 30W from DiscountVapors?

Where has @Taxguydave been hiding? Hope your okay bro! :)
Hey there Mikey, and all of my fellow tootlers!

Happy New Year!!!

I'm still tootling away, but my time has been consumed between lutierin' (guitar building) and getting ready for tax season.

Hope y'all are well, and enjoying the new year.

Silly me. I committed to building two guitars two weeks before Christmas. The one above is "Carly", which I built for my niece, who is just starting to learn.

My brother wanted me to upgrade his Strat, so I just built him another one. "Suzy" (which would have been his name if he had been a girl).

On a more vaping related note, I sure am enjoying my Radius with a Kabuki tank. This is, in my opinion, the ultimate tootling rig. I also use my P3 with an IBTanked carto tank. Another great combo.

Tootle on!

You sound an awful lot like me! I also was into strong menthol when I was a smoker, and when I switched to vaping I was lucky to find Menthol Sensation at MVS. I didn't care about tobacco taste, either. After a few months of that, I learned to make my own menthol in 2012 and still use just that. I have one "special" flavor that I got because I tested a new menthol juice for GV. It's still menthol, yes...but much sweeter with a lot more tobacco flavor to it. Nice little "switch up" when I want to freshen the 'ol tastebuds or just for "dessert". I keep it in it's own little tank on an old eGo Twist.

Same as you about the shiny stuff with buttons and lights! I honestly don't "need" anything. I just wanted a couple of things I got recently :)
