Glad your okay bro!

I think about 2 years ago a Tornado came through here, didn't do anything to us but a mile down the road it took out some houses!
Got lucky on that one!

Thanks Mikey! We're good!

I believe some people use NR-R-NR wire to rebuild Pre-Built Blister Pack Coils. I think its so the length of the legs wont change the "Coils" resistance, and helping to not cause Shorts, also something about not burning the rubber grommets. I'm sure people use them in RDA's as-well. Sorry, I'm not an expert on rebuilding Pre-Built coils, or that this is even closely correct, I just remember watching videos/reading of people doing such with NR-R-NR wires. I personally don't see a reason to have them myself.
Idk, Hopefully someone can correct me! :)

I think that most of the newer coils that are out now are using some sort of NR-R-NR coils. I've noticed that after I've opened up a coil to rebuild it they have weld spots on them.

But, why the red leads and crimped connectors on Pre-made Wires and Wicks for Atomizer (100-Pack) instead of the usual looking NR-R-NR wiring?

Now that I've let that sink in, I'm curious again. What kind of resistance does this Claptonized wire have? Is it closer to 30 GA wire, 24 GA wire, or what?

Also, is it a sub ohm coil because of its resistance or because of how much it takes to heat up so much wire or . . . . .?

I believe that anything under 1.0 ohm is considered subohm

Any tips for vaping high vg in minus 20-30 celcius? :p

I have to vacuum hit the tank every other hit I take when outside to avoid dryhit. The liquid gets almost frozen.

Yea don't step to far away from the fireplace!:p

Any chance you can keep your rig in an inside pocket unless actively vaping?

when it gets realy cold here a couple of clapton coils in my aromamizer seems to work

you need to put a few more watts though them to get them warmed up but then once they are going you can turn the power down a bit and as the ramp up and ramp down is slower they will hold the heat longer and keep the juice from getting to thick and freezing

you would need to step outside the tootle boundry for this to work tho

just an idea

No, I am mostly vaping when outside, and it's not hot enough in my pocket!

Back in the days when you were smoking how did you keep your lighter warm enough to light a ciggy.

I know when we skied we needed to keep things like that in inside pockets close to your skin.
Yep one reason why I like my little Kbox Mini's. fits in the shirt pocket well.

That was never an issue actually.

I have a confession to make.
Sometimes I do tootie puff.
Sometimes I do lung hits, aka tootie lunger.
Sometimes I just hold it and exhale through my nose, aka tootie noser.
But I always vape at 7.5 - 8 watts at 1.8 - 2.5 ohms.
There! I feel better about myself already.
