Fwiw, Now that my Kraken is working great, My Genitank Giant, nautilus and all other non-rebuildables and their coils are heading for the emergency vape drawer....

Making your own is just way too simple and way too good and way too affordable and I resisted way too long.

Thanks, XX! :)

Always, LJF. That IS the true answer. I still give S-V huge kudos for doing this. To make vapers aware in this way is marvelous!

Totally agree Kat :thumb:. I like sweet-vapes good prices and customer service. If they organize now for maybe 6 months down the line and get 100's, if not more online sites to do this I think it will shake up a lot of things! It's time for us to be heard!!

Alrighty then, thanks :)

And I don't really think that those who are really impatiant should order anything at fast tech at all :p

There are tricks and traps to dealing with any of the Chinese sites and Fasttech is no different. For us in Australia the shipping time is actually quicker than from the states and so it's ok. I would never recommend to a new vaper who is reliant on getting their gear yesterday to stay off the smokes.

This is about the latest I will order anything from China until February next year. Their postal system gets smashed with Christmas shopping and once over that the Chinese New Year celebrations take another chunk of time out of their delivery.

You see some great deals but the odds of missing packages is exponential. Just be a bit aware that there is nothing the vendors can do unless you pay full expensive shipping like FedEx or DHL

It's like a replica of the aerotank mega.

But it's the BDC coils I use right? Bottom dual coils...or vertical...My head is spinning around these shorts.
You can use any of the Aspire NON Nautilus coils...both BVC and BDC in the Cerotank!

I just got two packages from Mr Chen at Fasttech today.

One was ordered October 12th, the other October 20th. I still have a package that's been in a sorting center in Beijing since October 24th (according to the tracking system).

As a rule of thumb, I just assume that whatever I order from Fasttech will be here in a month or so, and act pleasantly surprised if I get it in less time than that.

BTW--FastTech also sells really good cheap flashlights, if you've been wondering what else you can do with all of those rechargeable batteries.

I am a bit the same. I buy lots of bits for my tinkering and I have no expectation of fast delivery. I will say though that any problems I have had in my years of dealing with them have been politely and promptly dealt with. There is a process for dealing with issues that they follow without fail and once you understand that it becomes easy to resolve. It takes as long as it takes but it is normally resolved.

So I have been told I am a tootlepuffer (the name makes me giggle).

I am brand new to vaping (since 10/10/15).

I started with the MigCig 21, its a step up from cigalikes, and want to go into a longer lasting, no burnt tasting mod.

I like warm vapor (so I need TC)
I like something small (so I need a small box mod)
I like having resistance when I hit my vapor, I didnt say that right but I like feeling like I'm sucking the vapor like a cigarette - not free flow with lots of air (So I need a tank with variable air control that actually has a LOW setting, my nautilus mini's low setting is still too much vapor - So I need help here), also I purchased some narrow bore drip tips hoping that will help - they are on the way.

I am trying to decide what TC mini mod to buy. I am looking at the iStick 60w TC mini and the evic VTC mini and a few people have mentioned the IPV D2 (I could use a lot of help there!!)

Anyway - nice to meet you all - and this seems like a nice thread!!

I'm thinking of buying two of these.... Should I? I know this clone discussion has been taken up many times, but I'm still unsure. I get 2-3 for the price of 1 authentic...Reviewers says it performs the same. Would you have taken the chance?

This is what's making me unsure: Attention !!: FastTech Forums

But everyone else says it's as good as the authentic.
You can get the Authentic Genitank Mega which is exactly the same except it's not SS for $12
Kangertech Genitank Mega Cartomizer with New Airflow Control Valve - 3.8ml - $12.10

You can actually get the Giant 4.5ml version for $11
Kangertech Genitank Giant Cartomizer with New Airflow Control Valve - 4.5ml - $11.50

Oh abstolutely is it time! Did you notice from the reddit link all the other vendors who shut down like S-V? Amazing. Truly amazing.

Hi Shameless and welcome!

Congrats on switching to vape and joining us here on ECF.

I'm a little confused as to why you need TC at this point, but since I don't use it or have any affinity to it, the others will most likely chime in to help you out in that area.

As far as your needs for "having resistance when I hit my vapor, I didnt say that right but I like feeling like I'm sucking the vapor like a cigarette - not free flow with lots of air", it sounds to me like a CARTO TANK would suit you quite well.
I'd recommend giving them a whirl.

Even if they are just in addition to the TC mods you want to try. :)

I did. I also noticed that there were vendors who did not know of the event and that's why I think that if they organize it a little better and get the word out then they will really make an impact. Kudos to those that did participated!!

Hi Shamless & Welcome!

The only devices that I currently use that have TC is a custom DNA40 mod & the SnowWolf200. I can say that TC is not the easiest thing in the world to master. I'm cig free for 38 months and I've had these TC mods for a few months and it gets frustrating sometimes.I'm getting better at it, but then again I'm mentally challenged! :D It's not the type of vape that you just screw on an atty and vape. As a new vaper I would suggest that maybe you get your feet wet a little with the more standard devices just to make sure. I would hate to see you get frustrated and go back to cigs. Just my :2c:.

hello Shameless;

well I think if you get ANY TC (temp control) it is gonna have a big AIRY draw (not tight draw)

best bet IMO

I’d suggest get this set up, and be sure to order the Joyetech CLR coils in 1.0Ω ohm
along with it – the kit comes with two coils (TC) Ti & Ni and they have BIG center air holes...
the 1.0Ω CLR coil is a small center hole, more like your asking for

- Joye eVic-VTC Mini 60W - Starter Kit 18650 Mod
- Joye eGo ONE CLR Atomizer Head (Rebuildable)

eGo ONE coil air hole size 1.png

the VTC mini will do it ALL for you, (TC & VW) paired with the ego one Mega tank
& CLR coils - it is a hard 'kit' to improve on
:2c:

good luck

:)
