I'm sorry. I've been vaping over 4 years and never heard of "Mig Cigs". They appear to be a pretty generic eGo style...I presume they are VV/VW. And the clearo with them is the kind that I know I didn't like at all back in 2012. Maybe not the same brand(s) I tried...but I know I didn't like them!

You do not "need" TC. Lower ohms will help (but not sub ohm...that is a different animal. You'd want more like 1.5ohm or 1.7ohm perhaps). Higher voltage/wattage (that doesn't burn your coils or wicks) will help. Narrowing the air flow controller down so the air is restricted will help. You may consider a flavor with more "burn" to it...such as cinnamon. I don't and haven't ever used cinnamon, but I do know it's a tank breaker, so you'll want a glass tank. Possibly a clove flavor may help, too. Even just as additives they'll add some serious throat hit which will help satisfy the "warm" thing.
I believe MigCig is a new company (like this year I think". They teamed up with kanger to make the phantom x 1600 and alot of their tanks. I watched a ton of YouTube vids and they won "best e-cig" from just about everyone I watched, so I went with them. I actually love the MigCig21 except I think its too little for me. Its a top coil design and I keep getting a burnt taste at the end of my puffs (its because the wick doesnt hold enough juice for my sucking style and dries out), and the battery is only 380 mAh and I am constantly charging, I ended up buying 4 of the batteries so I could get 9 hours away from electricity. So I just thought it was time to get something with bottom coils and a bigger battery.

The migCig21 isnt a eGo - its closer to a pen style, very tiny - line an ink pen. No VV/VW with a clearomizer tank thats on the top (which gives the really warm hit)

The Phantom x 1600 is ALOT like the Kanger iPow, its eGo style with VW

I bought the nautilus mini tank - and I have been trying to hold a finger over half the hole on the low airflow setting - and that is giving me the "pull" I need, but not the warmth.

I dont like cinnamon or clove or anything spicy - so I dont think that is a solution for me - but thanks for the idea!!

:( I am not much help on the warm vape. I have done everything I can to get the iciest vape I can possibly setup.

It may feel a bit frustrating because we are firing all sorts of suggestions at you but we are trying to (in our own way) figure out what to suggest.

The hottest vaping I know of is a simple 510 bridge less atomiser. Your mouthpiece is close to the coil but it's a dripper and messy. Clearomizers with top coils seem to be ok for you so maybe a rebuildable atomiser/dripper on a bottom fed mod like a reo or even a cheaper clone (terminator) the build can be plug and play with prewicked coils.

Maybe @roxynoodle can help in this.

I know what you mean about that type of tank..the top coil things. That is what I didn't like about that sort of clearo! I haven't used a Nautilus, but hear it does vape a bit cool. I'm sure there's an explanation for that. Right now I am using a Cerotank (which is a stainless steel version of the Aerotank with benefits) and the GS Air M. Just ordered an Anyvape Davide which should get here today. All are bottom coil. Personally I think you could likely get your desired heat from any of them. Just adjust the airflow way down and adjust your watts/volts up. The flavoring was just a thought. :)

Generally, increasing power and/or decreasing airflow will increase heat.

I've posted a few ideas for you.

I think the "issue" was maybe misinterpreted in the post you quoted. I think he meant that he was "concerned", that is all. Hang in there. I know how you feel..it's really hard to get a straight forward answer here because everyone has different experience levels and assumptions and so forth. It can be a little overwhelming. When I was trying to get advice when I was switching from carto tanks to the Aspire/Kanger type coil tanks I got pretty discouraged in here because it seemed like everyone was talking past each other and not really reading what I was trying to say. No one means to confuse...it just takes a bit of time to get on the same wave-length! You are in the right forum. Be patient as you can!
Thanks! I feel like I am frustrating everyone, its nice of you to say!

Ya know - I usually am very decisive and am really good at researching things and gaining enough info to make a decision.

I cant believe a silly thing like buying a new mod is making me so damn confused and frustrated! It wouldnt be such a big deal if the total price wasnt $200 and making a mistake wouldnt eat so much of my money.

I feel I have been throwing so much money away on this already. I swear I have spent over $250 on juices and only liked 5. Then I spent another $225 on the MigCig (well $120 on the kit then 3 new batteries and 2 new chargers). Then another $25 on the nautilus tank and another $40 on the Phantom x - Thats over $550 in the last less than 1 month. All of it wasted, and although I had it - I dont have enough of it to keep throwing away.

I just want to get this right and then settle back and just let it all go and vape and quit smoking without frustration or having to research something else altogether in another month or two.

Please dont have an issue with me. I came here to get advice. I wanted a warm vape, and the TC was just the only way that I knew how to do that. Even with all you said - you still came back with there is no warm vape - so I think making the assumption that I needed TC seems logical to me. Even if I am wrong and new and have no idea what I am doing. That IS the reason I came here and asked a ton of questions and felt stupid cause I cant figure out what to do

Ok no one was saying that earlier - I kept asking "why not go to TC" and the responses seemed like non issues to me.

I dont want to go to something that could be harmful to me. (That is the reason I am giving up cigarettes!!)

My cigalike + Mig 21 Clear Fusion Vapor Cigarette Kit | Mig Cigs - are very very warm - just like smoking, Take a hit - feel the warmth on your lips as you puff, take in warm vapor.

When I went to the cylinder mod - all that went away. No warmth on my lips, no warm vapor. It felt just like sucking in air, with flavor and a little kick at the back of my throat.

Everyone was saying things like I was "jumping", but I didnt understand why I shouldnt jump, and why I shouldnt go with something a little more advanced that I can grow into - instead of taking a step in between.

Now youre saying it might be dangerous.

That kinda puts a halt to everything.

But youre also saying there is NO warm vape.

So I'm back to being stuck and having no idea what to do
He didn't mean that in a bad way. :) A lot of us who have been vaping for a while jumped on TC when it came out and many of us were kind of let down with the "Idea" of it. And it can just be frustrating to find an Ideal vape without doing a lot of tinkering.. Hopefully I worded this right! Also hope you find what your looking for!! :D

Got banned from target.
Wife wanted some Monkey .... cream fo her privates due to her being bedridden for over a week.
So being the dutiful husband unit that I am, I stopped at Target this morning. I went to the skin care section and could not find it. So I asked a rather large female employee where her Monkey .... was... then it began....

:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Those facepalms arn't for you Shameless.

I get a nice warm vape at 10W all day every day.

The reason you are getting a cool vape is becaise the coil heads in the Nautilis are tiny little things that overheat easily. The coils that go in the ego one are bigger so they can make more heat.
Do you think if I just bought the:
Joye eGo ONE Mega VT Atomizer $19.95
Joye eGo ONE Mega VT Atomizer
and the CLR heads $13.95
Joye eGo ONE CLR Atomizer Head (Rebuildable)

That I would get a warm vape on my current device? And get to scratch all this, buying a mod, and frustration?

Most embarrassing item I've ever bought. The cashier looked at it, and very loudly kept exclaiming, "OMG! Monkey ....? Monkey ....!"

I wanted to crawl under the cash register. Yeah, lady, you go on a long motorcycle ride wearing leather pants with a hot engine below you, and see how you feel when your thighs or .... break out in a horrible sweat rash! It sucks!

@Shameless, I'm not very familiar with your gear, but if the airflow is adjustable, make it tighter for one. The more air passing over your coils, the cooler and airier your vape will be. And increasing power will also warm it up.
If she goes over 10W on that tiny Nautilis coil it will overheat. The problem with that tank is the distance from the coil to your mouth. A higher volume tank like the ego one which can be shut down but has a larger coil head to produce more heat would be more effective.

Would you happen to have links of this?

I;m not quite following you - but pictures work wonders lol

What is a simple 510 bridge less atomiser?
What is a dripper?

Did you mean those for me? :w00t:

My definition of warm is probably different others in here. A dual 24g 0.2 ohm build on the Patriot at 75W to me is a nice warm vape. The Silverplay with the identical build will give me a very similar warm vape at 55W.

I think your mod only goes up to 15 watts. You may need more power. Seems llike most vape the ego1 at 20+ watts.
I don't know that she'd need to go over 15W. Depending on the ohms she's using...what she has ought to do just fine. Personally 15W would burn my mouth out!
