...

I had to look up EPM - looks like a great li'l set up! Are you from Oz? I work online for a digital marketing company based in Sydney.
Yes she is ;)

That sure is cute - nice form factor you got going on there @gt_1955! I'm suspicious of thos Ego One & similar "auto" adjusting batteries - I like to know my watts or volts - but I guess if you know your resistance you can figure out how the battery is firing it with math/science?

...
The eGo ONE only supplies battery voltage similar to a mechanical mod, but is electronically protected and has built-in USB charging not unlike most regulated mods. It can fire down to under 0.5ohms, but I only use 1.0ohm and above on it.

wishing for maybe one more provari (I would loveee a 2.5 or the Radius, either or...) But, a Provari isn't a necessity... what IS a next necessity, is a REO! I don't WANT to give-in and order a clone (or two, for that price...) but, since I can't see myself having $150-200 any time soon :)'() i may wind-up w/the clones... ALL i really want is a Reo w/ a Reomizer or a nice 16mm BF-RDA on-top. That's allll I want for my next birthday. That's ALL I want for next X-mas. I don't care that my current laptop is missing the five key. I don't care that I don't own a single pair of sneakers that fit, and i've been wearing a pair of worn-out fuzzy moccasin slippers for over a year now... (thank god I got a new pair for Xmas!) lol.

That's the only mod i'm interested in grabbing right now. I've ceased lust after grabbing a recessed-tank side-by-side mod. A new Provari is really just an idea, considering I've never had a Provari that uses anything larger than 18350 batts. (I would love to 1 day own a 18500 Provari) Wanted 1 of those micro-mods (those tiny carbon-fiber box mods u see these days) All I'd truly like, is a new Reo.

I don't care if it's the newest one out, the 2nd newest, or the one with no holes at-all! lol. Just a Reo Grand!!! :D & I am determined to grab one.... There is one in the classifieds for $100 right now, and it COMES with a RM2.... Oh GOD, I would LOVE to be-able to grab that up!! I would really truly love/adore that damn thing! damn-it! My current Reo has definitely seen some better days, aesthetically. (of-course, I'll NEVER stop vaping it. my little classic. haha) But, I would love a new/newer one, that's for damn sure! I'd feel a lot more secure with a 2nd during this ******* FDA regulatory period. & I'd NEVER be without my favorite 'type' of vape. I really do have-to figure out a way to grab one. Even the clones are appealing to me, despite the fact that Rob from Reo's-Mods is one of those mod-makers whom I really don't want to disappoint by purchasing clones. Can you all PICTURE the day Rob is unable to (openly, haha) sell his Reos? That'd be a damn sad day in my teary eyes, if you ask my opinion. real sad day for sure. Don't-even want to think about it

This got long. Tootle-puffers, Tootle-POOFERS... Join me in Reo Worship! For the REO is 1 of the most efficient tootle devices ever invented!! Tis' perfect for ALL vapers! Let us sing it's praises & rejoice!! :)

@Atchafalaya You have won my heart by mentioning my little doggie! That's my special girl Rosie - she just died on December 3 2015. My heart is still broken.:cry::cry::cry:

I had just gotten 3 days of no cigarettes with vaping the day she died - had a bit of a setback - it was unexpected but then again - she had congestive heart failure for 2.5 years, so - the end just happened suddenly and quickly. Best way it could have happened I guess. Although I am still boo-hoo-ing over it - since I work at home we'd spent the last 4-5 years together 24-7-365. She was my girl, y'know?

I LOVED seeing all the doggie & kitty pictures when I was reading from the beginning of this thread last night! There's just no words for how special they are.

So thank you Atchafalaya

I'm so very sorry about your wee Rosie. I understand how painful it can be to lose a companion. We had to say good-bye to our Toots (15-year-old kitty) a few months ago. She had kidney disease and after doing everything we could for her, including daily IV liquids at home, she let us know it was time to help her move on. I still miss her very much.

I hope the passage of time will help to heal your wounded heart. Give yourself lots of time. There is no rule book.

Take good care of yourself.

That's interesting, @Andygev35 - is the vapor hotter/cooler at all between the two different settings?
That's just it... The vape is identical at different wattage settings. Here's my experience with Temp Control thus far: When using temp control, the temperature setting controls the heat, volume and flavor of the vape. The wattage setting controls how fast you reach that temperature setting, nothing more. The way I set my coils up, I start at maximum wattage with minimum temperature. For me, I start at 350F. I slowly increase the temp until I find what's best for me. Once I find the temp I like, I start decreasing the wattage until I notice a flavor dropoff, then I go back up a little. This has served me well with single coils.

So sorry for your loss hejira. :( My wife and I are big animal lovers as well. All of our pets are rescues. If your able to go to my album page you'll see our guys and gals that we've had through the years and those that are still with us. At the present time we have 6 cats.

Unfortunately our oldest and my best bud is on his final journey after 21 years. He has been hanging in but he stopped eating 3 days ago so it won't be much longer I fear. I named him Shadow because where ever I am he's right behind me! What a great guy! Even though I've been through this numerous times because of the number of animals we have.
It certainly doesn't get any easier!:(:(:(. @juskiddin I'm sorry for your loss as well.:(

He's beautiful. And you and your wife are wonderful for rescuing these animals. I love the Rainbow Bridge poem:

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I do just the opposite. I set the "temp" all the way up to 600 and then adjust the wattage up until I get the vape I want. Then I go over to a mirror and take a normal puff while noting the highest "temp" that shows on the screen. I then adjust the limiter to 10*F above that number. That way the only time I hit the limiter is when the wick is drying out.

I like it. A technical approach.

Hey Lord Cromwell... got that link to those 120ml bottles you found, that had the cone caps? I've been thinking about it, and it might actually be easier for me to find room in my freezer for 8 120ml bottles than twice as many 60mls.

Thx!

Just got my second shipment of them Tuesday. I am using them for making juice in as well. My Korc/syringe combos fit them well. Cheaper as well to buy the 120's to store away 1 liter.

Aw Shadow...21 you say? That's incredible. Bless him.

You're right, it never gets easier - not even when we recognize it's their time. The only thing that eased (a little bit) the difficult decision was knowing animals don't fear moving on, not like us humans at least. They live in the moment. We could learn a thing or 2 from them in that respect don't you think?

I have a soft spot for adopting senior cats. Even though I know we won't have them for years at least they'll live whatever time they have, feeling loved and cared for.

I think I have something in my eye :(

Take care LJ

Oh drat, I didn't know they were clear. I'll see if I can find some from the same place that are amber, maybe they'll have the cone caps too. I've found a 12pk of them, but don't know if they have the cone caps or just regular caps: Amazon.com: Amber Glass Bottle 4oz w/Lid (12 Pcs): Health & Personal Care

Although, since they'll be in a sealed box, in the freezer, maybe the clear glass doesn't really matter? But I figure, these will be the long-term storage nic, so maybe need all the shielding against light that they can get.
