We have stupid coyotes everywhere. They have gotten out of control. I never let my little pug princess out without Mr. Freeman (black lab) with her. I saw one of those coyotes on the side of the road dragging off a dead deer and ripping it to shreds. One of them had the nads to come up my driveway.

Back in the late summer, we saw a coyote pup running around in our neighbor's yard -- what clued us in was our cat making that weird yodel noise and slinking at high speed for the cat cave under the bed -- she obviously knew it wasn't just a dog!

That's our daytime setting in the winter. At night, it drops to 62 on the programmable thermostat and heads back up to 70 about 20 minutes before the alarm goes off. We keep the humidifier running when it will drop below 40 outside and usually don't wake up dehydrated.



You know, we have remedies for that in Texas...

I keep a little Ruger LCP in a Pocket Shot holster, I like the Coyote version(Markings) one though, those came out after I bought mine!

I've been fighting those for about 10 yrs now too. At least I don't have to Nair my upper lip monthly like my mom!!!

LMAO! I went through "the change" when I was 40. So glad that's over now. But, the chin hair still grow. I pluck everyday. I know. TMI. lol

I really did start with hot flashes when I was in my late 30s -- and every doctior said "oh no, you're much too young for that." Yeah, tell it to my ovaries doc -- I was post-menopausal before I was 48!

Sorry for your affliction. Stickers meh... but I put charged batteries in the case with the + end facing left, used batteries in with the +end facing right. Do I have a problem, nope I always know what is what.

I put a little red dot sticker on one end of my battery cases. Positive end on the red dot end for charged.

My son carries a Kel-Tec P3AT 380. Me I like to carry my Taurus t709 slim 9mm or my Ruger LCR 357mag snub nose

I have a few "Carry" guns. The Ruger LCP is mainly a BUG. I usually carry a Kahr CW9, when wearing heavier/tactical clothes ill carry my H&K USP .45 CT or USP 9mm

But, I would be perfectly comfortable with just my LCP with an extra mag if need be! Also always have a knife with me as-well!

We have one of those programmable idiot things too, I hate it -- it's why I have to have a space heater in my bedroom, because the programming makes it set itself to 62 about 30 minutes after my husband leaves for work, and I wake up with my breath nearly visible, it's so cold! I can't see it well enough to program it the way I want it; we're going to replace it at some point, with one that's either easier to program, or it just stays where it's set until you change it!

In the winter, I generally like it about 72-74, unless I'm sleeping; in the summer I generally like it about 76-77.
